For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. zu den E-Signaturen, die man per Mobilgerät unterschreiben kann, indem man seine Handynummer angibt: Man erhält von Euch eine Sms, entweder über eine Mobilfunknummer oder über eine Mailadresse. Die SMS, die von der Mailadresse gesendet werden, sind aber immer fehlerhaft/ der Link funktioniert nicht, weil ein Punkt hinter dem "m" bei "m.eu" fehlt. Screenshot anbei, damit Ihr vielleicht versteht, was ich meine. Take it or leave it.

  5. I have a new lap top & trying to upload software which I was successful with. However, all of the features of Adobe Pro are not loading. The 'edit PDF' feature is not loading.
    This is the MAIN reason I subscribe and need help getting it to load.

    Please have someone contact me to assist in this.

  6. This is the most frustrating system I've ever used. I can't even access my files that way you have me set up here. Please stop charging me $14.99 a month for such lousy service Adobe!

  7. You really should be able to give more information when viewing the columns of "recent" and such documents you sent for signature. For instance a column showing WHO you sent it to for signature is helpful because then I don't have to click on 7 files to find the right one since they are the same file sent to different people.

    Please check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  9. I want to request that Adobe writes a Zap (Zapier) for Adobe Sign. I am utilizing Adobe Web Forms and Sign to get my contracts signed. When the contract signatures are complete, I need to send the data I collect in the Web Forms to applications like Google Contacts and QuickBooks Online.   10. No encuentro donde cambiar la dirección para las facturas y he tenido que comprar una suscripción este mes y la factura ha salido con dirección antigua.

  11. IT IS ABSURD THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION JUST TO ADD 2 PAGES TO A SINGLE PDF. WHY? THIS IS PREDATORY PRACTICE OF FORCING PEOPLE INTO PAYING FOR SOMETHING THEY ONLY NEED ONCE.

  14. 「ファイルサイズの縮小」の「PDFの圧縮」で、PDFの圧縮率を変えた複数(大・中・小)のバージョンで保存したいのですが、2回目以降は「「(PDF名)」はすでに圧縮されています」と表示されてしまい、できません。どうすればよろしいでしょうか?

  16. You are terrible people forcing me to pay an excessive feee if I want to cancel the product. This is just bad business practice. I was looking at the service to see if I needed it...I do not. I am not a big business but one person work. This is not needded for me. I can't believe I have to pay well over one hundered dollars for a service I would want to cancel. You guys are a RIP OFF and Awful.

  20. I'm not able to access my firm's 'Shared by Others' documents tab as well as the Templates.

    Trying to solve this issue has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of support from customer service.
