Terrible Support Experience
Adobe can improve my experience by training your staff better. I was transferred to 6 different people and my issue still wasn't resolved. Agents 1-3 offered no help. The 4th person told me that he found my school's subscripton and would transfer me to someone to help me. The 5th person joined the chat just to say he was transferring me to someone else. The 6th person said my account and my school's account was free and there was nothing he could do. I know this is not the case because our technology coordinator wouldn't be able to assign us…

Adobe Sign's auto entitlement email sux
Adobe Sign sender email address is not my current address and it's a total pain in the asss trying to change it, wtf, i've searched help and tutorials and chatted and scheduled a call and now I'vbe been on hold with account management for a half hour

Create reminder to send document in the future
As a user, I would like to be able to create and prepare a document to be sent and then create a reminder to send the document on a future date.

Program problem!
The desktop version omits subtitles while printing. When I print from the online site, it prints correctly, but not on the desktop. Why am I paying for a product that doesn't work properly>

a good product is now rubbish
I need to be able to see how to save my resulting DCX document back to my computer or to another location otherwise it is useless to me. Not sure what I am now paying for. I have no interest in Adobe cloud storage The PDF converter used to be a good product when I could access it from Adobe Acrobat. Expensive as I rarely use it but invaluable

Adobe extended my free trial - i did not realize this also obligated me to a cancellation fee -

Why do I have to sign into the account everyday? Somedays it still says the subscription has not been activated or expired when IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! Please let me know if there is a setting that I do not have to be annoyed with this everyday.

No Cancellation Fee Due
I haven''t been able to use this plan for months , it always said I no longer had a plan when I went to edit a pdf.
Therefore I should NOT be charged a cancellation fee,

Inserting Images via PDF Markup
Sometimes when doing PDF markup, we need to share images. The comment field allows you to paste an image, but try to enter the comment it just disappears and doesn't do anything. Please consider adding the ability to insert images either as PDF markup or in the comment text fields! Thank you!
