For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. While using the "Organize Pages" feature, there needs to be a "select all" pages function. Ironically, there's a "deselect all" function if I accidentally click in any of the white space between the pages I'm working through, completely ruining the progress I've made. The reason is because I often work with PDF files consisting of 50+ pages. I have to split those pages into at least two different PDF's but only certain pages. So, I often have to select to delete 48 pages when I only need 2 for one file and 48 for the other. If I accidentally click…

  4. The AdobeSign interface is terrible. I want to be able to star templates that I use often, because my colleagues some how keep creating templates by mistake every time they set up an agreement. It seems like there is something awry or poorly designed that makes it so easy to create a template even without trying to.

    It's also confusing that when you open a template and add signers, the next page shows you the (blank) document with the button to proceed labeled "Send." Most of our contracts have fields that need to be prefilled, so I think a label…

  5. I had problems signing up for a free trail, the signup process resulted in an verification loop, but Adobe/Echo sign support was unwilling to help, unless I was a full paying member. This seems like an incredibly short sighted move. I think as a business we may well be better off elsewhere.

  6. I lost all my work on a document I was filling out.
    I started filling in the document 4 days ago. I left the document open in my browser teh whole time. i came back easilty added edits. Tried to go forward and after clicking next the form got cleared leaving me with the base pdf...
    I went to the document cloud home page and I'm still logged in so I don't know why my form would have been cleared.

  7. Adobe Acrobat Export PDF does not work properly. The numbers are not matching the pdfs. Therefore I would like to cancel my subscription since I have to do anyway everything manually. Very dissapointed

  9. Adobe sign never loads on the website. All I see is the Loading Adobe Sign... with the spooling circle. This happens every time I try to log on and it doesn't change no matter how long I wait. Refreshing or logging out doesn't help. I have a very fast internet connection.

  14. I am unable to create an Adobe Sign developer account.
    Every time I sign in, I get taken to this page
    https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/?authoringRequested=true&locale=en_US&client_id=69U26F6M6A4Z3U&isNativeFlow=true

    and I am unable to go to the secure.echosign.io site.

  16. Using Acrobat Pro DC to convert a Microsoft Word 2016 document (Mac) to a PDF, most of the document is covered except all the Paragraph Underlines associated with the Heading Style Levels and in Headers and Footers. The style and the look of the document is degraded by the PDF translation process. With a small Word template of this file Acrobat converts correctly. However the file that causes the problems is large 85 MB and is based on the same file template. Any reason for this issue?

  17. in this new layout, you cant see in the echosign document lists which contracts are signed and which are still pending to be signed. There is no separate list or colour coding at all.
