  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. No load, dark screen

    Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

  2. Combining not working

    I have tried to merge a few pdfs multiple times but it never finishes the merg how many times I've tried the circle never closes and then just goes back to upload the files to merge

  4. Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments

    Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

  5. How to Find and Remove Duplicate MSG Emails Easily in Windows?

    I have multiple MSG email files saved on my Windows PC, and many of them are duplicates. What is the easiest and safest way to detect and remove duplicate MSG emails without losing important data?

    Acrobat keeps giving the error message shown in the attached file, and won't save any changes to a docx file despite repeated attempts

  7. Safari Functionality

    The Acrobat document upload stopped working today with Safari. First, the Select a file link didn’t work. I had to drag and drop. Then the file I uploaded disappeared from the Recents, and then when I finally located it and copied the link, it would not paste. I literally had to email the link to myself and then forward it. Not great functionality when you’re facing a deadline.

  8. Organizing Pages does NOT save.

    Incredibly Frustrating Software. The application has failed to save my changes four times now and has made me completely re-do my PDF every single time. Very laggy. Will not recommend to others.

    you are going to lose customers to your PDF Acrobat as it is now GARBAGE - working with this App / program is a Trial in Patience and perseverance - it is a Constant Freeze, Crash, over Bloated AI PC OF ABSOLUTE TRASH - i do not pay a ridiculous amount of money for the Full version of this (as i am paying three time and i have no idea why when i should have the Suite - to be subject to this Garbage that DOES NOT WORK and for features i DID NOT ASK FOR especially with no way…

  12. Adobe AI und Pop ups in Acrobat sind BS

    Ihr ballert mir die ganze Zeit Pop Ups rein während ich am arbeiten bin, das stört meinen Workflow und ist richtig lästig, wenn das nicht aufhört und diese kack ki nicht aufhört mich zu belästigen schaue ich mich nach alternativen um, es kann doch nicht sein, dass ich 12 mal pop ups bekomme, dass ich PDFs zu Whatsapp schicken kann, es juckt mich nicht, ich konnte schon vorher PDF dateien an whatsapp schicken ich gehe kaputt von eurer kacke was soll das

  14. Complete Overhaul - Back to the Basics

    Guys, what happened? This used to be the go-to PDF program. I went to work for a company that used Foxit instead of Adobe, got a new job, and came back to this abomination. It feels like all the functionality I actually needed was dumped into this clunky, slow, and frankly useless AI system. Document formatting is broken and unpredictable. The software is slow while the AI tries its best to process god knows what in the background. OCR works pretty well, so I'll give you credit there. Most else is just... awful.     MAKE THE "DOWNLOAD PDF" BUTTON FRONT-AND-CENTRE!!!!!

  18. Fix Copy & Paste for comments / Highlighted text

    Once I highlight text and add comment, I am no longer able to copy the text as an option. Can you bring that functionality back. I am using this in the web browser version.

  20. Rubbish. Much better elsewhere on the market

    Genuinely terrible. You've put the most basic things behind a paywall and for whatever reason, a PDF takes 30 years to load when preparing for editing but that doesn't happen on smaller PDF editing providers.
