Increase Adobe Sign user adoption with Game Mechanics
The below is specific to Adobe Sign
I've been using the product for a while and what I've noticed is the signatories are at times not very responsive. This is clearly not product deficiency, however, I believe if Adobe Sign incorporated elements of game mechanics the response times and user adoption will grow tremendously
game mechanics concepts like a leader border [most documents signed], reward badges and comparative ratings [completion speed]
and have these visible to all within the organisation or community.

Waste of Time
I absolutely detest one aspect of Adobe. I hate (but can live with) the fact that I am prohibited from having Adobe active on more than 2 devices at any one time. What I detest is that when I open a PDF from the device that is not active, it tells me it must shut down!!! Why not just tell me to deactivate another device, send me to a log-in page to select a device to deactivate? Then I wouldn't have to open Adobe, log-in, deactivate a device, then reopen my document. What a waste of time!! This is such…

Changes disappear from final document
When I go to share a link or download a copy, none of the changes are present. It's a web-based copy function.

Horrendous UX on iPhone 13 pro
This app does not work at all on the new iPhone 13 pro. It worked better on my old XS. My account doesn’t stay logged in despite selecting “stay logged in.” The entire user experience for sending a template is not functional. I’m not sure how it could be this messed up. Nothing works, or zooms. You can’t see many of the fields. The email field populates the first half of one letter. The screen doesn’t rotate. Holy **** this is an absolute mess. I’m switching to DocuSign immediately. You guys really messed up. Bad

Can't edit, assign new permissions, or do literally anything, with a document that was authored, assigned, and released by myself. You suck!
Let me get this straight.... I received a partially-executed agreement from my direct report. I assigned the entry fields (one-by-one...ugh!) because your template tool basically is inoperable. But because I have a typo in the first signatory's email address, I have to trash the whole thing!? Well, not always, says adobe. Okay, but I'm the first signatory, this is MY document for MY program in MY department, but I can't edit the signatory to be myself? WTF is that about. And now that adobe sign tools blew it on this agreement, I have to set up the form anew. But…

Aggreged. use cases seem very short sighted on Adobe Fill and Sign.
The document detail is nice to have but poorly implemented.
I should be able to click on a document but not have the side bar open and close each time. This is annoying as ****.

I have edited this page like 5 times and it will not save any changes made.

Need help on Signature Account Settings

Cookie notice is covering the sign-button
Hi, I have some feedback regarding Adobe Sign. It is a great product that almost makes signing, and getting signature on, documents super easy.
The 'almost' is added because your cookie notice is placed over the "click to sign"-button. This leads to people thinking they are done with the process after they have added their signature - with no possibility to know that there is a "click to sign"-button at the end completing the process.
The button is already placed out of sight, making it hard to find, but with the cookie notice over it is impossible.

Bad help experience
I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat. I am a brand new user and have faith that your product will be good for us, but my first help experience was not good. I think Felicity…

Agreed. Should be able to delete the document if wrong as well. Sent to wrong person, etc.
Why can't we cancel an incomplete agreement in adobe sign?
Seriously why? There are times in which you may have made a mistake in the prefill and you don't want the document to be complete by the client.
I don't get your use cases on this. You'll never complete with docusign with incomplete thinking and use cases.
Definately not ready for prime time.

You should be able to cancel an incomplete agreement from the right hand panel when you have the agreement selected or opened. Depending on the state of the agreement, you can find them in one of these sections: In progress, Waiting for you, and Draft. (please take a look at the attachment)

DC storage seems incomplete/non-obvious
For some reason, the documents I send for signature using documentcloud.adobe.com don't ever show up in my "Your Documents" folder - either before or after they are signed. Since I have to upload them from Acrobat DC in order to send them for signature, why don't they automatically appear in the Document Cloud "Your Documents" section?
