Adobe eSign version inconsistencies
I’ve been using the Adobe app to send out e-signatures, but the version keeps changing. About once a month, I get logged out, and each time it reverts to a different version. At the moment, it’s gone back to the older version, and I wasn’t able to update the recipient's name when sending the documents. I’ve tried looking for a solution online but haven’t had any luck—it’s been really frustrating.

Prompt to change document name
It would be really helpful if Adobe would prompt me to change the name of documents I'm sending for signature if they're based on templates. I usually don't remember to do this and only think of it when I see Adobe's notification that "binder" has been sent for signature. I've got a bunch of documents named binder in my list now and it's hard to tell what they are without opening each one.

Templates Broken/Placement of Send Button/Edit Document Name
This new update is not good. I miss being able to toggle back to the old view.
Our templates do not behave as they should, and throw in extra fields, the disable and enable when they pick an option does not work.
Where you can rename the document before you send it is hard to notice, wish that was more visible.
The placement of the Send button underneath where you edit the field is terrible; that's a natural place to put a Save on your edits, so we've sent so many mid-edit.

Adobe E-Sign Unreliable and Cannot be Used Professionally After Forced Update to AI Powered Version
Adobe Esign is completely unusable in a professional setting since the AI change. Text boxes, checkboxes, and other fields are randomly wiped by the system after I hit send. I've typed this out three times now but your abysmal feedback form keeps deleting my text too, so apologies for the terse tone. New Esignature is terrible.
The new version of Esignatures is terrible. Continually crashing, crashes when adding additional pages, name of document not easily accessible. reminders not accessible.

Blank Space for Name Made Cleaner
Have the box for Firt Name Last Name show to filler/signer when filling a web form. Upon submission of the form autofill the signer's First Name Last Name & Email from the form to confirm they are the same.

Clients stuck, can't find or click AGREEMENT [box]
A decent percent of my customers are unable to find the box at the bottom of the page which must be checked before click the click to sign button. Many forms have had to be printed and many miles driven in order to bring conncect these forms to clients for manual signature. Please make the Agreement box easier for everyone to see if it needs to be checked. Or change it into a button people can click on it to continue. Manage In Progress when only CC'd
I have a person that is seeing someone else's form in their manage tab under the in progress section. The person is CC'd on the form, but we have not seen this happen before. Can you please help me understand why this is happening?

Signature Requests going to SPAM folders
As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.

send for signature is incredibly buggy and leads to redo of work/waste of time
The page crashed and when I restarted it removed all the forms I added... this product is very slow and buggy

Allow roll back to old version of E-sign
Can we please have the old version of E-sign back. We keep getting these updates forced on us and up till now have been able to roll back to the old version. The old version was more user friendly than the current version. We're looking at other providers with a view to moving when our current subscription is expiring

Document stuck in waiting to prefill and will not allow me to cancel the agreement
I am having this same issue. It still does not work. I have sent out a document and it is stuck in the waiting for me section and will not let me delete it. Support was not able to help

1. Go to Documents -> Agreements -> Waiting for you
2. Select the agreement you want to hide.

Buenas tardes.
La actualización es pésima y en lugar de mejorar la experiencia, la empeoró significativamente.1) Hay que hacer más clics para abolutamente todo.
2) La mayoría de las veces el nombre de archivo es "binder1"?, cuando en la versión anterior ya detectaba el nombre del primer archivo.
3) No se pueden arrastrar los archivos, ahora solo se puede seleccionar DE A UNO desde el navegador.
Sería una buena idea poder creer un template de las opciones, por ejemplo:
1) Que por defecto se tenga que firmar en orden.

2.The best way to edit the name of the files "binder1" is opening "add message" you will be able to edit the name of the agreement before sending it. Or you can also edit the name by clicking on the name of the agreement that is on the top of the screen and click on the pencil icon.
3. You should be able to drag and drop multiple files or select multiple files at once. If not. You can let us know the steps you follow and we can help triage the failure to solve it as soon as possible.

Give us the old version back.
Get rid of the new version. I now have a crick in my neck as everything is squished on the left had side of my screen. Very uncomfortable. Gives the file stupid names "binder" - whats that about? I should sack your software engineers as they have totally destroyed the product.
