For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Please give me more than just a generic error message when I'm trying to combine PDFs and it fails. I would like to troubleshoot on my own and this makes for a very annoying issue.

  4. When I am preparing a document to send for signature, I would like for Adobe Sign to recognize the orientation of the page and adjust it, like happens when you hit "Edit" in Acrobat 2020, without needing to edit the PDF first and then redirect back to the signature settings.

  7. When I try and send docs for signing, I get the following message: Access token provided is invalid or has expired. I have a paid subscription and should be able access this service. I recently downgraded from a Business Package and am wondering if this has anything to do with it (same email address)

  8. Have 3 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC. Very disappointed. Unable to convert web pages to PDF. When printing web to Adobe PDF, prints uneditable images. OCR scans are negligible. When opening browsers, prompted to sign in when already signed in via the desktop version. And even after signing in via a browser, I'm still prompted to try trials for features I already have! Help is not helpful at all. Hardly anything works! WHAT IS THIS!!

  11. All comments added by my recipient appear in the top right corner, as a bunch. I cannot see which part of the PDF they pertain to. This happens every time whether I view on browser or in Acrobat.

  16. For licensed users, when they need to reinstall the product. They sign in to Adobe and they get lost. There is no apparent link or page showing the product installer they can download upon logging in. It is very inconvenient to scroll through the page and go to another link or section to find the installer. This should be easy to get to. It is sometimes very frustrating.

  17. The initial new user sign-in for company user is not intuitive. User's license is obviously a company license, it shouldn't let user choose if it's a personal or company account. Yesterday, a new user sign-in setup her password, and below that she can choose which country. As our company is based in Norway, the country should remain Norway but user chose her home country. She was not able to access the license. Can these please be rectified?

  18. I absolutely detest one aspect of Adobe. I hate (but can live with) the fact that I am prohibited from having Adobe active on more than 2 devices at any one time. What I detest is that when I open a PDF from the device that is not active, it tells me it must shut down!!! Why not just tell me to deactivate another device, send me to a log-in page to select a device to deactivate? Then I wouldn't have to open Adobe, log-in, deactivate a device, then reopen my document. What a waste of time!! This is such…
