13. Misleading information (lies)

    You can improve your product experience by not misleading people. I started to convert some PNG files to PDF having been told that no payment or credit card was necessary. Having signed up I now find that I have to sign up to the 'free trail' and suprise suprise i have to put in a credit card. Thanks for wasting my time with your lies.

15. Do not charge for AI features become an authority

    Charging for AI features is not appealing. Most people are already paying you & for an AI service they are not going to want to be paying for AI service them be required to double pay you. Just for you to consider you guys should be displaying and providing your AI as the best, a creative & authoritative AI that provides high level understand and research of your pdfs and documents in a better way then other included in the adobe suite, will draw people to you.
