Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I was charged in December 2022 for year 2023. I did not even know I had the service. I want to cancel, which I did, yet you still kept my money and now you say I have a free account. I need a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. How do you get by with this? I will be sure to enlighten people of your ridiculous practice of cancelling the subscription with no refund. I read the rules...and cancelled my card. This is very unethical.

  2. You have dramatically changed the Adobe Acrobat Pro GUI and end-user navigation in recent months! The change prevents me from doing standard activities that I have done for many years without interruption. Now I must stop and waste considerable time to add comments, edit fonts, and images. On top of that you have increased the monthly cost by 33%. You've convinced me to look for competing PDF offers.

    wenn ich Dokumente öffen wird mir immer der Fehler angezeigt: "Das Dokument konnte nicht gespeichert werden. Beim Lesen dieses Dokumentes ist ein Fehler aufgetreten (14)." Ich zweimal den Adobe Reader Pro installiert und das nervt langsam. Wieso passiert das?

  6. Um I just signed up for a 7 day free trial, yet I cannot convert Jpg to pdf without the popup window demanding I start a free trial. When I go through the motions again, with the free trial signup, I am met by the same error and popup window in a endless loop. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG.

  8. Acrobat Pro(デスクトップ アプリ)で、「電子サインを依頼」機能を利用する際に、不具合が生じています。

    具体的には、以下の操作の際に、高い確率でエラーが生じ、操作を受け付けなくなる、というものです。

    ・「この文書に電子サインする受信者を追加」のコメント欄や件名に、日本語で入力
    ・契約書のテキストフィールドに、日本語で入力

    一度操作を受け付けなくなると、デスクトップ アプリを再起動するまで、不具合が続きます。

    英語での入力や、テキストエディタからのコピー&ペーストでは、このエラーは生じません。また、ブラウザ上での電子サイン操作であれば、日本語入力も問題なく行えます。

    契約書の送信時に、非常に大きな問題となっており、早急の解決を望んでおります。

  9. Please add copy/paste functionality. I was completed and utterly shocked that I couldn't perform these two basic functions. It made my workflow unnecessarily cumbersome and inefficient. Is this by design?

    Thanks for your feedback! We haven't added copy paste of text box yet, only text selection copy/paste feature is implemented but we love the idea so much that we've begun working on it and plan to add it in coming releases. If you have any other questions, just let us know.

  11. Jste podvodníci, že za předčasné zrušení plánu vyžadujete peníze jako storno poplatek. Vnucujete nabídky na celý rok a pak chcete další peníze. Tímhle by se měla zabývat obchodní inspekce! Vaše nabídky jsou netransparentní!

  16. I don't keep Adobe because it is $20/mo and I only need it occasionally to fill out a PDF. If you were to offer something like $20 a year and a small fee for each use I would get on board with that. I only receive maybe three to six forms in that format that need to be filled out per year.

  17. I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.
