For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. i seeked help and the assigned support person abruptlly cut the conversation and left the support without even giveing me a solution

    this is an unacceptable support from a reputed service provide like Adobe

  3. I've had a horrible experience with PDF compressor. The page is loading slow and I have trouble downloading files because it keeps loading. It's not internet speed issue cos all the other websites work perfectly, it's only Adobe that has problems. Also, letting me compress only few files for free is ridiculous when there are so many other websites offering same services for free. I will obviously never use Adobe for that again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

  4. I lost 3 hours worth of work because your page went unresponsive and would not let me save my work. I am absolutely livid and will not using your service anymore. Completely wasted my time

  6. When I convert to PDF from Word the font is distorted on the output PDF. So I've been uploading it for conversion online, and it looks great. Can you help me to be able to convert without going online? I wasn't able to upload samples from here.

  7. What would be really good is if I could search by a particular word/name through the signature request documents - I find myself searching by eye for an agreement between x and x, would be great if there was a way to just search for it

  8. Hi, I noticed that when a customer chooses to sign his name in Hebrew- the signature showen the opposite way- from left to right instead of right to left like it should be in Hebrew

  13. Wow, you guys really suck. You say you give a free converter that will convert a jpg to pdf and you let me convert two, then asked me to sign up for an account to continue. You ask the really abusive question of what is my birthday, then as soon as I give you all my information, I still can't convert anymore files unless I pay. Total scam artists don't win customers.

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

  16. Stop being deceptive. Google result wasE"dit PDFs with a free online PDF editor | Adobe Acrobat" Created acct, uploaded file, tried to edit and find out I have to PAY! As far as I'm concerned, you're right up there with all the other scammers on the internet. Now I can't even find out how to delete the document that I can't edit but don't want to leave in your possession since you obviously can't be trusted.

  19. Your default date format is unable to be changed.

    Tried the link below but I went to Account Settings but no ability to change Global Settings.

  20. I had taken help from a technical support from Adobe today - the problem was resolved but soon after I submitted the Survey form - the the font -print started to ***** / or break up - and even my the there was voice break up in my video meetings after that. I am very concerned.
