For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I am frustrated that my pdf have a flashing line which makes it super irritating to read. Second, I can not highlight documents I need to read for a doctoral program. Again, frustrating when I need to study.

  4. I am being forced to sign into the desktop application but the sign in screen will not allow a copy and paste out of my password manager. This is very irritating given I use a password manager that generates a long string password. Please fix this and allow copy paste. Seriously it is insane to not allow paste.

  5. I am no longer receiving emails when documents are e-signed. All my notifications settings are set to send emails, but as of recently those have stopped. I won't be able to keep using this service if I am not properly notified when docs are signed.

    Hello Lindsay,

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature, could you provide more information about your problem? Since when have you stop getting the emails?  if you don't have them in your junk email? and any other information you deem relevant.

    You can also check the status of your agreements in Acrobat web, in Documents under Agreements or you can search for it

  8. Hi the product is working awful with anything that is not english. Moving and editing lines is simply impossible, you add something and after applying all kinds of right to left tricks (like adding the dot in the beginning of the line to view it at the end) - when I hit save - It does not show on the changed document!! if there's another step needed to show changed on print you should mention this.
    Your product is not better than any of the pdf converter tools that are available online, yours is over priced and given the fact…

  9. This entire thing is useless. What is the actual point of this? I thought I would be able to edit the pdf and cannot. I should be able to edit text and images without needing to use other websites.

  16. Al editar un archivo, presenta errores con el guardado automatico,cuando se esta editando los cambios. la herramienta no puede guardar sobre el documento y pide guardarse como una copia o descartarse por cada cambio

  19. When I open files in the extension on Chrome, the boxes to fill in the forms are not where they should be. If I open the same file in firefox (no extension) the boxes are where they ought to be.
    It will only let me attach one file, so I've shown what it looks like with the extension in chrome.

  20. 1) Page labels in the web app does not work the same as the desktop app. I would even say it does not work at all.

    2) Bookmarks in the web app sometimes show and sometimes do not show. Sometimes Refreshing the page helps (the bookmarks appear), but then they dissappear again. I would say bookmarks are not being supported in the web app.

    3) I cannot change the color properties of the bookmarks in the web app. If I have changed the color properties of a PDF in the desktop add to red, and then upload the pdf in…

    1. Can you please help to elaborate the issue you faced while using Page Labels? Meanwhile please find the documentation for Page Labels(Numbered Pages) on Acrobat Web https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/number-pages.html to assist you with the feature on the web.
    2. For bookmark issue, Is the issue happening only on one file or happening for others also? Is it possible to share the file with us to look into this further?
    3. Sorry to hear that, Colour properties are not available in Web yet, it is highly recommended to use desktop for properties feature on bookmarks.
    4. We looked into details and found out your Acrobat Pro subscription on Enterprise profile is not active anymore, Only Acrobat web free service is enabled with your personal account.
