For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).

  4. The PDF proof I have on my hard drive appears to be in CMYK mode, whether it is or not - that's how it looks in Acrobat DC on my Mac. But I tested the Share function in the app by sending to my own email, so now I'm in my browser, looking at the proof I sent myself. And it all looks great, except completely wrong! That is, the colors are wrong. I'm looking at what looks like photos in RGB, but this should be CMYK. Isn't there a way to approximate CMYK in this web app where proofs…

  7. I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

  11. I have no options to preview pdf documents anymore, also, there is no options menu, just a indefinitely spinning wheel after clicking on 3 dots icon for more document options.

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

    I can't get to the details of my scanned documents. For ex, when I click on the ... button, it doesn't open.
    This problem seems to exist since yesterday.
    I use Brave as a browser and tried on Firefox but got the same problem.Can you help me please ?

Dear as an old client accepted terms but please note that and check from your system and chat records seeing that I got a discount and 3Months free but only I applied for an additional discount since I can't use main all features on my ChromeOS but after only online limited feature so asked an extra discount only, not cancelling, so please recover/restart my subscription with a extra discount since of non-able to use it on pc (chromeOS), please help me for my low budget and limited usage up to Adobe start giving full service to ChromeOS too, regards, azat…

  16. Your access app stinks. I can't sign in to it. I get the code over email, and then it switches to LastPass to pull my password, then it clears out whatever it was doing and I'm not logged in. Fix it.
