Too expensive for what I need
I don't keep Adobe because it is $20/mo and I only need it occasionally to fill out a PDF. If you were to offer something like $20 a year and a small fee for each use I would get on board with that. I only receive maybe three to six forms in that format that need to be filled out per year.

Tried to cancel, offered free, and now can't cancel without cancellation fee
I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

Zip file for every page
I am almost happy with this app. I do not like having to open a zip file for every page I download after converting.

Bad customer service
Really bad customer service, left the chat without notifying anything, waited for a reply for 5 min, and gives a reply and left the chat. the customer support agent name is Anushka.

non file and folder management
The File Management features are non existent, and there is no way to download all my files and folders at once, no way to copy or move whole folders to other cloud storage other than one file at a time ...

Keyboard input/actions are ignored
When reviewing and commenting a PDF file in the Acrobat web version, it does not recognise the "Delete" button, or simple keyboard input as is the case in the desktop version.

Bad signature image quality after saving document
When using image as a signature, after saving the document (Using "Download this document"), the signature get downscaled to some quite bad and unusable quality.

Het idee was om de tekst in het PDF-bestand te wijzigen: daar heb ik ook op gezoicht. Dat dit niet kan, betekent dat ik hier geen geld aan ga uitgeven!

Misleading
On the link for Adobe Acrobat Standard DC it says " Get the complete PDF solution on any device. Then when I click download it says Not available for this platform as I am on Mac. Was this intentional because it is very misleading.

JPEG upload fails
You stopped supporting the upload of files with the extension JPEG. When I renamed the same file to the extension 'jpg' it worked fine. Please fix this. The default extension for iphone photos is JPEG, it's critical you support these so I can photograph documents and turn the photos into a PDF.

Violation of Privacy - cannot delete agreement
you have an agreement on file for me and I cannot delete it - it does not show in my list under my privacy section.
the fact that I have to go to privacy to delete my own agreement is already obtuse. when I view the agreement the signer is associated with gmchiarelli@gmail.com, but this email address does not find the agreement.
you are violating my privacy rights by not providing a method for me to delete this file.

Lack of notification
I have cancelled my subscription because I no longer need this product. If I had received a notification of my renewal I would have cancelled prior to the renewal date.

My child died, so I'd prefer not to have a cancellation fee right now and you seem to need my money. I'll be back just maybe not right now
I want just want to pause my subscription. My child died, and I need to try to cancel my subscriptions without paying an extra $150 cancellation fee. That's *********. I just need to not spent money right now please help.
