For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. It would be nice if I could duplicate a webform with the same fields so I can adjust the approver

    Another suggestion is add pages or removing pages into an active webform, every application changes almost monthly meaning we get addition pages or pages taken out so it would be nice to just remove instead of redo it all over again from scratch

  3. I should be able to remove an approver that is on an active webform..

    They are no longer working with me but as an original approver on the webform i had created, the agreement isn't complete without her approval. I would like it to just be me as the approver

  4. I can't modify my document. 3 pages and it always says it's still loading. All I want to do is sign a PDF without having to print and re-scan.

  5. your adobe account access app is the worse. i just wasted an one hour of my time trying to login. its one big circle like a dog chasing his tail. i pay 15.00 per month and as you can see i do not use your app very often. when i do use is it,,,, i want to be able to login. your 2 verification app or system?? does not work properly when using various devices. you need take a lesson from Bank of America, cuz their 2 step authorization works perfectly. cancel my subscription. i will use office and google…

  10. How do I remove Lee & Associates from my account? Your emails to clients state "Certificate of Completion between Lee & Associates NCSD and Lynn Otto is Signed and Filed!". I haven't been with Lee & Associates since 2012.

  11. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  12. 내문서에서 데스크탑으로 파일을 바로 보고자 할때 이 화면이 나옵니다. 지난달? 에는 바로 연결이 되어 볼 수 있었는데 최근에 이미 데스크탑에 다운로드 되어 있는데도 불구하고 이렇게 뜨는 이유는 뭘까요? 할때마다 수도 없이 뜨니 업무 작업에 있어 비효율적입니다.

    Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

  14. I'm really tired of my PDF's crashing, freezing or getting otherwise goofy while I am trying to use them. It happens ALL.THE.TIME. Up until the last update it worked fine. All of a sudden working in PDF's is a freaking nightmare. So now I have to start over, because when I close this it is going to delete half the work I did. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

  15. I have an Adobe Acrobat account but all of a sudden all my PDF files are unreadable. The message is telling me it can't find the file and to check if I have the address correct.
    As I use a lot of PDF files, I need to know what has happened and how to fix it quickly

Place the PRINT option immediately available for a single click rather than having to select the 3 dots then select Print. 99% of the time all we want to do is print something so your goal should be to eliminate clicks to the absolute minimum for your customers. If I use something a lot as a percentage of times, it should be immediately visible and selectable with one click. Thanks.

  20. Zkušební verze Adobe Acrobat mě vyšla hodně draze. Vzhledem k tomu, že mi nedošlo žádné upozornění na to, že mi dobíhá zkušební verze zdarma, sloučení dvou PDF souborů mi vyšlo na krásných 3120,- Kč.
    Díky moc! Vánoční dárek, který opravdu nepotěšil
