Not happy
If you have to leave a document and return to it during prefill, there is apparently no way to actually return to prefill. I had to look something up and when I came back, it was loading Adobe. Forever. I went back to the sign in menu, and now I cannot access the document. This new interface is really problematic, not intuitive, and not at all a welcome change.

SO MUCH HARDER TO MANAGE DOCUMENTS!
The old design allowed me to easily track the stages of my worfklow. If I needed to see how many people still had a document out for signature, easy! If I wanted a list of all those who had completed signatures for their documents, a piece of cake -- the list is right there! I can even send them a reminder! If I needed to go back and view a specific customer's information from their completed form, easy -- I can just find their name, click on their files, and bam -- their information was at my fingertips.

Old view was better!
The new redesign is much LESS informative and useful than the old one.
In the old version, I could see a list of recipients for each stage of my workflow: completed contracts (i.e., a list of everyone who signed and completed); contracts out for signature; etc.
That entire section is gone! You guys jacked up my whole workflow! Unless I'm missing something???

Before I could see who and which email I´ve sent it to. I would want a better overview of what i've done.

New Interface is Awful
the older version was much easier to navigate, the new Adobe Sign shows documents but not recipients of who they are sent to which is annoying when sending the same document to multiple customers, we now have to click on each document to see who it was sent to whereas previously it was shown right next to it.

Missing SEnd more & Manage buttons
Once a document is signed, there is no longer a button to Send another document or go to the Manage agreements. You have to go the long way back to Document Cloud then E-Sign. Its a time waster.

horrible new UX for adobe sign. How can I access old UX?
Please tell me how I can change back to the old adobe sign UX interface? This new roll out is HORRIBLE and I can't navigate it or find old agreements using email search!

Your new interface is not useful at all
It has become very trying to use your new interface for adobe sign.
The document that should be saved as templates to be completed in the future do not display the option of editing. There is also no option to delete documents that are not longer required.
This new interface has slowed down my pace of work and it is considerably affecting my ability to use the tool.
I will expect this to be fixed over the next couple of days or I would better chose an alternative that is designed for productivity and not to make me waste my…

I do not like this new update ...AT ALL
I need to be able to see who I've sent a document to without opening the document. I send the same document to several people daily and must keep track of who has signed and who hasn't. The ability to see this information was one of the reasons that I chose to continue with Adobe Sign after the trial period. This new platform sucks and has added hours to my workday and makes running my business difficult. Please add the ability to see who has and has not signed without opening several documents

In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Best!

New site is frustrating and NOT user friendly!
Go back to the old format, so the site is usable again. There are NO training documents to refer to, we find it hard to edit existing documents, place field for signatures, change signers, see who needs to sign, etc, etc. Very frustrating.

WE CANNOT USE YOUR HALF-*** NEW FORMAT. . IT SUCKS
I am cancelling our account because we cannot use the new platform. It is missing many of the features we use every day (forwarding capability, viewing the recipient at a glance on the list, copy/paste previous text content, etc).... Truly, your "update" is so backwards and half-minded.

PDF's sent for signature show up as blank
When I open documents on documentcloud.adobe.com, the document is almost completely blank. When I download and then open the document, the data is all present though. How can I make these documents populate their data when viewed on documentcloud.adobe.com?

Trying to Cancel. Both options are "Close" ??? See attached picture
I am trying to cancel an agreement we no longer need signed electronically. My two options are "Close" and "Close". What is this? Which one is Cancel or Accept Changes or Proceed? Both options are Close. That means close the pop-up? Close the agreement? This new interface is terrible and the flaws keep exposing themselves the more I try to use it.
