For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Terrible product. Every time I try to open the link to an Adobe Cloud file, I get a blank page.

  2. I met with a customer today who asked for an option, when generating a link to a file for Viewing or Review, that would require users to provide a password before getting access to the document. The customer has a workflow where they post the URL on a website, but want to restrict access to only those people who are furnished an access password. The user would create the password when generating the URL and distribute it independently of the Doc Cloud system.

  3. I really don't like the new look on the documents to sign management page. I send the same document out often for signatures and now I can't tell who the doc was sent to without opening it. i used to be able to see what a had out for signatures including to who on one page. A real step backwards.

  5. The new UI is not good. I cannot see who the signing parties are without opening a file. It only shows the file name, which for us is often the same. This was a major fail and big disappointment.

  6. This new look is ******. It does not work. I like the old look. I can't work like this.
    I CAN'T RESEND REMINDERS FOR SIGNING DOCUMENT ANYMORE.
    Your functionality is mispalced and hidden. Everyhting is in new places that I don;t know where what is.
    I hate this.
    And your help section doesn't asnwer to me where I can find stuff to do my daily work. I CAN'T DO MY WORK ANYMORE!!!

  7. Hi, I want to know if it´s possible to see the folders created into http://documentcloud.adobe.com/AdobeScan/ from the Adobe Scan APP for iphone. (I can see the docs in the path directory (/adobeScan) but can´t see the folders I created into its folder. Thanks!

  8. “C” used to stand for “The Customer is always right”. For months people, myself included, have been complaining about this interface upgrade. It seems our complaints are being ignored and while I can’t speak for others, I’m extremely bothered that I’m spending my hard-earned money on something that isn’t meeting my needs or expectations. The new interface has added to the time it takes me to get things done because it is far less streamlined and useful than the old interface. Please give back the old interface!

  9. I am no longer able to use this interface to see all the links I have shared via “Send & Track”, now known as “Shared for Viewing”. Thank goodness after contacting support, and that is a whole other topic of discussion, it turns out I’m able to see them all via the Acrobat application. Please give back the old interface!

  10. Give back the option of re-sizing image views. When I share an image in portrait orientation my clients must scroll up and down and aren’t able to change the zoom so they can see the whole image. Even better, just give back the old interface!

    At the risk of being redundantly redundant I’m going to say this again. Please give back the beloved and functional interface we had before someone decided to fix something that wasn’t broken, at least not like this interface!

  15. I keep receviving 'error 404' messages when trying to save minor correction to my document. This is costing me hours of time!
    This happens far too frequently and I need to get it resolved please.

  16. Trying to edit a PDF & 'Edit PDF' has been removed from the docket/dashboard. Everything else is still in place but edit, is there a way to get edit added back?

  17. I met with a customer who asked to be able to prevent reviewers from adding more comments but allow them to have access to view or download the file. Currently, the only options available to end a review are to Unshare (revoke access) or Delete the review.
