Thanks for asking, hope this instructions help you:
- Open a file with Request Signature.
- Fill the recipient modal.
- Click on Prepare Document.
- On left hand panel, scroll until you found "Checkbox" field.
- Drag the desired field (Checkbox field) to the page. Another way to add fields is by clicking the field on left hand panel, and then clicking on the document page.
- Double click on the checkbox field. Properties panel to customize the desired field would open.
- In Properties panel, the checkbox can be changed or edited.

I sometimes have problems selecting multiple templates.
It gives me a message: Unable to process files. Pleas try again.

I cannot open pdf's from web browsers in Acrobat. I'm not paying for a software for it to be broken when I need it most.

Unable to edit delivery message in E-Signature
These updates continue to break the functionality the requests for e-signature. Now unable to edit messages in the review and send splash screen.

Bonjour,
J'ai un abonnement Adobe Acrobat Export PDF. J'ai testé Acrobat Pro puis annulé l'essai. Depuis j'ai des problèmes du type message m'indiquant que je ne suis plus abonné, ou bien que je ne peux pas utiliser certaines fonctions, qui pourtant sont dans le cadre de l'abonnement. J'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé le logiciel, j'ai toujours les même problèmes. Merci pour l'aide que vous pouvez m'apporter.1 vote -
Do you listen to people's feedback?
You need to have the ability to resend documents to be signed cause the idiots can't find them in their inbox.
Also, default settings for signing documents i.e. push notifications when they have not signed should NOT be hidden, should have that there so I can apply this to each document I send out.
Also, automatic reminders that documents have NOT been signed to the person who set up the document in the first place!1 voteHi Susan Hilton,

Adobe is getting worse not better.
Your online printing is ***. There is no print preview so I can not see what I am printing. I had to download it to print it. Your service is becoming harder and harder to use. It should be getting easier. You had a great product and it it becoming a pain in my **! I am on ther verge of switching to chrome.

Add option to "Include Audit Report" when downloading an agreement from the web or Windows app.
Adobe Acrobat Sign. Like the emailed receipt/ attachment version--where the audit report is included on the last page--please add the option to "Include Audit Report" when downloading an agreement from the web or Windows app. It is annoying that I cannot retrieve a copy WITH the audit report included (it onyl lets you download them separately--see attached screenshot). Since by design you cannot edit/ combine docs after signatures, it is not possible to attach the audit report myself. Please vote on this idea!

Needs a Better Rendering Engine or Optimizations
Page rendering and refresh is always slower than expected with every implementation of Acrobat. Add options for optimizing display to make faster refresh possible.

Horrible Updates
The fact that you force users to use what can only be described as a HORRIBLE user interface with NO insight is a travesty. My productivity is at an all-time low and you should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!

AdobeSign completely broken v008.20533
The new AdobeSign in v 2023.008.20533 is so full of problems that we have gone back to printing forms and signing them in ink. Why does AdobeSign change the entire formatting of the finished PDF? Font size and word wrap are two examples of items that are completely ruined when sending in AdobeSign now.

App doesn‘t log in when 2fa is enabled
The app doesn’t let me request signatures from mobile when 2fa is enabled (see screenshot where it says get app when I am using the app already). I want to use this a lot for NDAs and I bet others too
