For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Default PDF use on Chromebooks

    I'd like to open PDF files by default using Acrobat on a Chromebook. I don't like that it just goes to a Viewer. I am only trying to fill in a document, then sign it digitally with my stored signature. I don't think that I need a full-blown Reader DC subscription for this since I don't need to pull text out of the document or edit the unfillable parts of the content.   5. Advanced Commenting tools in Document cloud

    Cannot open an adobe PDF, has been sent multiple times but will not open. Have BOTH versions of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - what's going on?????

  14. Signature too small in Adobe Sign

    Adobe Sign does not have any way that I can find where you can make the signature bigger. It comes back from the signee too small to read.

  18. Can't select text on PDF's Adobe online

    Why on earth would I want to use Adobe online when it doesn't even let me select text from a PDF unlike opening it with Edge or Chrome PDF viewer

    Thanks for the feedback. Could you please provide more details on the issue you're facing? You should be able to place a signature on any page. 

    Were you using the Fill and Sign flow or Request Signatures flow? 

    If possible, could you share a screenshot of the page where you encountered the issue and a test document so we can try to duplicate the issue.

    Kan iemand mij uitleggen waarom ik betaal voor een abonnement, maar wanneer ik zoiets simpel als een pdf bij jullie wil converten naar een word doc, gaat dat automatisch naar een chinees geschrift?
