1. Turn off AI Assistant button now

   Allow me to TURN OFF AI Assistant button. I hate it, don't want it, it is in the way. I've turned off every "AI" preference I can find and it won't go away.

2. Falsche Lizenz macOS statt Windows

   Ich habe die Lizenz für Acrobat Pro 2020 Windows eingelöst, mir wurde aber die Acrobat Pro 2020 macOS freigeschaltet :-( Auf Hinweis der Hotline habe ich dann nochmals die Windows-Lizenz angemeldet, bis heute aber nichts gehört. Inzwischen ist die Demo-Version abgelaufen und ich stehe etwas orientierungslos da.
   Was kann ich noch machen, dass ich die richtige Lizenz freigeschaltet bekomme?

3. Bug Found - Multiline Text Field

   RE: BUG FOUND - Webforms that are created from a PDF which already have Multiline Form Fields inserted do not display entire text in the form when filled out. Works as expected when Multiline Text Field is created while creating the webform on the acrobat.adobe.com website.

   -Create a Text Field in a PDF, set it to Multiline from within Acrobat Pro

   -Create webform by upload that PDF with the Multiline Text Field

   -Fill out the webform and create new lines within the Multiline Text Field by hitting enter and adding text to each line, making sure that a scroll bar appears to indicate you are entering text beyond the display limit of the box

   -Submit the webform

   -Check the completed webform and see that not all of the lines appear in the completed form

   Note that when a Multiline Text Field is created during the webform creation/webform editing workflow within acrobat.adobe.com, submitted text in that Multiline Text Field is resized to fit the box when the webform is submitted. So you can view a form submission as long as there weren't too many lines for the text to resize small enough.

   Opinion: While regular PDF form creation workflow from within Acrobat's desktop software is definitely power-user centered, it seems that the Webform workflow is supposed to be more approachable to those who don't have as much experience with Acrobat. I think having an option worded like "Limit number of lines to height of textbox" or "Disable Scrolling for this field" would greatly improve the user experience. I was able to find a script that does this, and I knew how to use that script, but I don't believe that many people who use these Webforms will know how to get around this situation. The script in question:

   f.doNotScroll = true;

5. Agreement Names = binder

   Thanks for changing the way you request e-signatures, now I cannot change the Name of the file, or add the details in the message. I can't change the name of the file, and when you can, it just shows the name as binder. I have 3 binder agreements in my recent files, but I dont know what they relate to and neither will the recipients. Dont fix something that isnt broken. how do i revert back to the old Adobe where I can make the relevant changes before the file sends?

   Can you PLEASE return visibility of each document status (signed/not signed) directly in the list of documents?

   In fact, a view toggle to sort this list would be fantastic.

   1. Navigate to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home
   2. Click on profile icon on the top right corner
   3. Click on Settings
   4. You will see an option to enable/disable option for Generative AI
   5. Uncheck the checkbox and click on Save

10. Stick with the old format -- If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    The new format/visual that comes up when clicking "USE TEMPLATE" is cluttered and messy. The old format was much cleaner when dropping in text fields on a form template before sending out for signature. It was a much better format when the customer email info and email message was shown in the second screen/page before sending. With those two separate pages now being combined in the left side menu bar, it clutters the process and makes it more time consuming -- runs much slower than ever.

    Sugiro que haja uma compensação aos empossados do último concurso pelos longos seis anos aguardados para tomar posse, uma vez que são os menores PJs e portanto, serão os mais atingidos pelo RRF. 15. email delivery and e-signage not responsive

    Adobe sign:
    1. When a template is sent out for e-signature:
    some recipients do not receive the email notification.
    2. Some recipients e-signature does not reflect after signage.
    3. The program is slow to load

    Hello Inma Soriano,

    To download any amount of signed agreements please follow the next steps:

    1. Click the "Documents" tab at the top left of the home page
    2. Scroll down on the left hand panel until you see "Agreements" and under it click the "Completed" option
    3. There, all the finished agreements will be displayed, and you will find the "Download PDF" and "Download Audit Report" options on the right hand panel when you select any agreement.

18. Javascript not running properly on adobe mobile products

    Hello, I design interactive pdf forms using Prepare Form. The javascripts i write do not run on Ipad and mobile phone. The work on the computer and on the browser. This is troubling because i cannot share these forms if they do not perform as designed across plat forms. The type of scripts i wrote is one that changes the layer visibility, and another is a number counter. I will this particular one for refrence "var day1 = this.getField("Day1").value;

19. Removal of essential information about the access and editing status of individual commenters makes it difficult to track revisions.

    In one of the previous versions, important information regarding the access and editing status of the comments of the invited persons under their names in Adobe Acrobat Reader was removed. This information is essential for tracking the progress of a revision phase, e.g. of a catalog. It should be investigated as a matter of urgency why this information has been removed.
