For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    The e-sign function is really bad now,

  2. Issues with Adobe sign - signature blocks moving

    The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    This will switch you to the earlier version for this specific draft only. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  4. Awful functionality -- Can't insert pages or combine files

    I am unable to add any new pages or or combine any documents. Highly recommend you fix this feature as I paid to upgrade my account to get access to more advanced features and they simply won't work.

  5. Can't send image to back of PDF

    Your products are absolutely terrible. I cannot do extremely simple things. I can't change the color of these boxes. I can't even move them. I can't send them to the back of my PDF. Thanks for charging me money to use the most frustrating product of all time.

  13. cannot compress a file that is 7mb to below 5mb

    In Singapore, some oganisation wants us to compress and submit file lesser than 5mb.

    I have this file that is 7mb and compressed and the PDF kept prompting me that its the smallest compressed already. Can help?

  14. The app log me out everytime I close it. Why ? How to fix it ?

    Everytime I close the app, it log me out. And I have to follow all th procedure of sign in. Why couldn’t be like other applications which keeps you signed in ?

  19. AI Assistant Button Reduces functionality

    Your aggressive push of AI Assistant that forces the useful buttons like download and print beyond the ... on the online platform makes your product more of a hassle to use and makes me less likely to do so. There is no reason why that button has to be so large and there is ample room for the options that people actually need to still be displayed.
