Too many fonts
I know that in some of your apps there is the capability to prioritize the most frequently used fonts. This would be very helpful in Acrobat as well. I am not a heavy user and only occasionally modify PDF files. But when I do, it would be nice to either not look at dozens of fonts, some in languages I don't speak, by being able to hide them, or at least be able to have the fonts I use most listed first.

Take away your cancelationfee
**** your cancel-fee. Did my 14 days trial for a 1 time signing and then i forgot it ofc. That you put it on a annual plan with monthly pay with a cancel fee on 810kr (89$) is just ******* evil. Need to know if Signee has viewed or read the Adobe envelope
It would be great to see if the signee has read or opened the envelope. This information is crucial in getting documents signed or better yet, to at least provide sender info that it didn't just go anywhere. Please create this feature as the other competitor is already doing this.

downloading combined files to desktop is difficult
You have changed this program so that I can no longer easily combine pdf files and then rename and save the combined file to my desktop. It is very disappointing to sometimes see the download icon and then it disappears. this used to be a good product. Now it wastes way too much time.

Thanks for reaching out to us and apology for the trouble. If you want to rename the file, you can do that by clicking on pencil icon appears at the top bar with file name text box. Please refer to attached screen.
For downloading file to desktop, after your files will be combined and you can download it from download icon appears at top right corner. Snreen attached.
Let me know if you still face issues in using combine.

I already pay for this monthly - on my regular compute it's in the process of dying, I'm trying to update this laptop.
I already pay for this every single month. With this sign in info. Yet you want me to pay again to use this on my laptop, which I am tying to get up to date as my regular computer is slowly dying and I don't want to be caught w/o a functioning computer.

Cannot change default view settings
I would like the ability to change the default page view settings when opening a pdf in Adobe Acrobat Online, which I understand is the same product as Adobe Document Cloud.

Feedback on adobe sign
When you download individual files from Adobe Sign, there should be an option to include the audit report at the end so there is only 1 file instead of 2. Users should have this option

Default PDF use on Chromebooks
I'd like to open PDF files by default using Acrobat on a Chromebook. I don't like that it just goes to a Viewer. I am only trying to fill in a document, then sign it digitally with my stored signature. I don't think that I need a full-blown Reader DC subscription for this since I don't need to pull text out of the document or edit the unfillable parts of the content. Comments randomly deleted
Absolutely worthless. Deleting one comment deleted all the comments in my document. Before telling me to git gud, this behavior is reproducible and consistently doing the same each time I delete a single comment. So you git gud.
When I use the Android application, sharing a file with comments using a sharing link again deletes all comments locally stored in the Android device. Congratulations on a fine piece of un-productivity software.

Slow Rendering on M1 Max
The rendering of PDF files on 2021 16-inch M1 Max MacBook Pro (64 GB) on macOS 12.2 is very slow.
The scrolling is around 5 fps or less, while disabling font smoothing increases fps, it is still too slow (around 10 fps).

Awful Marketing
Will never have a subscription to any software. This is not feasible for persons who do not have a business. The most selfish greedy idea ever to be marketed. Make software that people can purchase at a reasonable price.
