For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Switch off "preparing for reading" alert

    Every time I open a document, Adobe gives a pop-up "preparing for reading. Can you please help me switch it off?

  2. Limits on Single Use at time Activations is odd

    I have multiple computers that I use. So long as only 1 computer may use Acrobat DC Desktop at a time, limiting activation to 2 computers seems unreasonable.

  6. Copy option unavailable

    On my mobile app, there is the option of making a copy of a file and saving it within the app. The pc version does not have this option.

  7. Alternate Cloud Save Location

    Adobe Scan iOS app -- loads the scans onto the Adobe Cloud only. Will Adobe please allow users to also choose a different cloud location, such as OneDrive? This is users can keep all their files in one location, and not have to use Adobe Cloud as a separate location just for PDF scan.

    i just want to say thanks, this really helped me convert my due project to word, i can't afford the pricing of the app but the feature which allowed me to use the app without payment really helped

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for contacting us. Please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:

    1. Navigate to “Your Documents” section
    2. Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
    3. You can use any of the two options to share your file to others. Please check attached screenshot for possible options.
    4. Notes added to the file would be visible after sharing as well.

  10. I hope there is a dedicated button to Flatten the PDFs just like in Bluebeam.

    Current setup to flatten the pdf is complicated and hard to understand. I hope there is a dedicated button and a simple dialog box to flatten the pdf.

  11. combine files in the cloud does not work---i keep getting strange characters in the output file

    "combine files" does not work within my adobe acrobat purchase. The functionality randomly merges text and coverts text to strange charcters

    can compress pdf files online. worked once then says "unable to process request please contact customer support for help"

  13. desk top app refuses to work - leeps telling me trial is over but I am subscribed.

    Hi. I have been subscribed to pro C for months and regardless of what I do the APP will not work on my desktop - just keeps asking me to to buy/activate despite being signed in and having already paid a small fortune to use the service.. I have uninstalled/reinstalled.. singed in and out. logged on and off - it JUST DOES NOT WORK! Any ideas? I am getting rather sick of paying for someting that doesn't function correctly..

  14. Final Audit histoyr

    You need to provide a way to disable the "Final Audit History" from the documents. I am not giving out my client's email address to others. This is ridiculous!!!

    I read "IF" there is a business account it can be disabled under Global settings. It seems many people don't have this option AND I do not want to do this on a case by case basis! PLEASE FIX THIS!

  17. Missing Images in Browser PDF Review

    This review when viewed via Chrome, omits certain images. If "Open in Acrobat" is clicked, the images are viewable.
