1. Distorted image when converting PDF to Word

   When converting my PDF image in Acrobat Online the image is distorted. It only is happening with one image. The other one I converted worked fine. This happens alot with Acrobat Online and its very frustrsting.

5. Issues with Adobe at every ******** turn.... please get your stuff working. This is awful.

   Why can't I edit PDF files? Seriously is this Adobe ???? WTF

   Why would anyone pay for such ****** services. Can't edit, signing has errors, can't have anyone prefill a form before signatures.... the list goes on and on of poorly implemented services.

7. copy text and paste without line breaks

   When copying text in paragraph format, from a pdf, and then pasting that text the line breaks are kept.

   Need to copy and paste WITHOUT the line breaks.

8. Signature too small

   Too small signature on returned document makes this product unusable. Please let me know if there is a fix.

   Thanks for your feedback. Could you please provide some more details to help us understand the problem.

   Did you use Request Signatures to request someone else to sign? Or did you use Fill and Sign to sign it yourself? Did it happen to all documents or just some? Is it possible for you to share the documents with us so we can investigate?

10. File Combination Fails 30% of the time

    About 30% of my file combinations fail out of the hundreds of files I have to combine each week. I can't even use a different function of Adobe to combine them, I have to use a different website entirely. It's been going on for months and its absolutely ridiculous. I pay for a service that doesn't even work a third of the time.

11. loss of features make product unuseable

    this application is even more problematic today than it was yesterday, which was bad enough. Now i can't email my file. What is going on????

13. ALL APPs are INACTIVE

    I am Not able to EVEN to COMBINE the Files. All my Apps are Paid & Charged religiously every month. But the facility is DENIED, Instead Asking me to PAY & Buy Again & Again. This is RIDICULOUS & CHEATING.

15. convert PDF to JPG doesn't do high-quality images

    Your PDF to JPG file converter doesn't give very impressive results sorry!
    Note the original is 1500x1200mm and nice clean lines and text but when I ask it to convert to JPG (or PNG or TIFF) with High or Max size, it pops out a piddly little 24KB file of 1024x820 pixels!
