   I don't understand why a "new" feature in my Acrobat Pro is taking me to a general web app and seemingly with no context or information about the new feature I was trying to use.

   a) I hate when executables hand off to web apps without warning.

   b) that it does so without actually informing the web app of the feature I was trying to use is a wasteful pain **********

   c) This only further complicates and infuriates with Adobe's obtuse UX changes

    I think your electronic signature service is amazing. I am proud to be associated with your brand. The only feature that I wish you had is the ability to embed a Vimeo video directly within a signable document. It can still be a traditional, classic portrait-shaped document that prints well as a static PDF. However, video matters a lot for proposals in 2025. PandaDoc and GoHighLevel both have traditional classic style of documents for print, but they offer embeddable YouTube and Vimeo videos. All of the web-based proposals (Qwilr, betterproposals.io, Proposify, etc.) can embed videos, but I understand your goal is not to have signable web pages like they do. Anyway, please interpret this as a recommendation and not a complaint. I love Adobe. Thanks for reading.

    Dear Adobe Support,

    I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a serious incident with the Adobe Acrobat app on iPad. On April 25, 2025, I spent over two hours carefully filling out a PDF form using various free text fields and annotations while being signed into my Adobe account (Adobe ID: AE01322900059EDE).

    After completing the work, I tapped “Done” and exported the file to my Dropbox. To my shock, I discovered that all my extensive free text inputs – had completely disappeared. Only static fields such as checkboxes remained. Despite being logged in, with active cloud access and automatic sync enabled, none of the data could be recovered. It appears the file was overwritten during export without saving the actual edit state.

    This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a professional-grade app. I cannot comprehend how a core product like Adobe Acrobat can suffer from such severe reliability and usability issues, leading to the total loss of critical user input.

    I request:
    • A detailed investigation into this incident,
    • An explanation of how this data loss could occur,
    • And a description of what Adobe is doing to prevent such failures in the future.

    Furthermore, I expect a statement on how Adobe plans to address the damage and loss of time caused by this failure.
