Poor AI service
I often get an error message, 'something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes' whenever I try to use the AI function - I'm very frustrated as I paid for the annual fee for this feature and it is useless.

There is a technical error. No PDFs can be downloaded from AdobeReader at this time. Can you please fix it so that PDFs can be downloaded once more, particularly of documents shared via AdobeLinks?

the position of the signature in request e signature is not at the place where the signature field is added to.

Retained Learning within AI Assistant
We are trying to make good use of AI Assistant for Acrobat with mixed results. It seems, AI Assistant does respond to some requests to improve it's response (e.g. extracting incorrect values from scanned PDF forms). Need for Improvement
Dear all, in the options for converting text from another format, such as PDF to WORD, you should be able to select multiple languages, as many documents are written in multiple languages. For example, international standards are generally written in English and French.

Adobe Acrobat online lacks a needed drag-to-select freedrawn objects feature. I would like to be able to easily multi-select objects other than text and to have an "invert selection" option.
