1. ADOBE CLOUD USING 90% OF RAM

   Im soo frustrated- Adobe creative cloud is using 90% of my RAM memory and the program keeps crashing- 7 times yesterday! I am unable to even scan for words on a document without getting multitudes of errors.
   
   How can I turn off the cloud service and disable these additional features that I are making me LESS productive?

   Also My pop up blocker has blocked 193 of your attempts in the last 4 minutes that I have written this email. Please stop and let us use the program without all the unnecessary marketing and tracking! I have been paying $30/ month for a program that works mayb 45% of the time!

2. Different versions should me mereged. I need only one document archive

   It is not good organized. I have a Adobe pro. But, there are another old version version that props up, when I am looking for my document. How to get rind of old adobe versions. Thde new upgraded Pro versions shpould automaticly include tthe documents in the old version and remove the old version

4. Editing PDFs on device is needed, not just viewing, for Chrome OS

   On Chrome OS, we need to just be able to edit the individual file. Some of us like to use our Files app to open our things in Google Drive, meaning the only way we can edit files via Acrobat is to replace the file, and that is not ideal. Just give us the ability to edit them on-device. It's possible, you just need to enable the proper protocols. Then, we'd be able to open our files without directly signing into Google Drive. On Mobile, this isn't a problem, since on my phone I can edit Drive files if I open it from Google Drive, and the changes sync. Make it happen, so I can do the same, and also edit files on the device so I don't need to download and replace the file, please.

5. Missing Individual Files Download

   When sending agreements, there is an option to download individual files that actually used to work prior to this update. Unfortunately, now all documents uploaded to be electronically signed are bound together and cannot be downloaded as individual files. Please change this back!

8. Updated Adobe Acrobat not usable for web and Android Mobile App

   Adobe acrobat online isn't usable for download/print... as of recent, i get the message "still downloading" before I can print/download. PLEASE FIX.

   ALSO, the mobile app for Adobe is very annoying with the fixed "AI" icon on the lower-right of all my PDFs. PLEASE REMOVE IT. I have to use ANOTHER PDF Reader because of this!

10. AWFUL

    Without doubt the most frustrating, most slow, most glitchy app. After an hour trying to edit one PDF I have given up. There are many more PDF editors available, much faster an more intuitive than Adobe. Please, sort this out.

13. UPGRADE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

    HATE IT!! I have used Adobe sign for years. I recently upgraded and now nothing works!!! How can I get back to the old "classic option?"
    
    I'm limited on how many documents I can add. I can't even find my documents to merge them together. My fields no longer work together. THIS UPGRADE IS HORRIBLE.

14. Sign button not clear enough

    Can you please change the name of the 'Click to sign' or 'Tap to sign' button for a client to complete the AdobeSign to 'Submit'. We have a LOT of clients complaining that they have already signed when we ask them to complete the form and they are not noticing the button when it says 'Click to sign' or 'Tap to sign'. It really needs to be updated to 'Submit signature' or something along those lines.
