New AI popup blocks my content
Hi there! I'm trying to use the search function in a PDF, but this popup encouraging users to use the new AI tool is actively blocking the search results I'm trying to review. Users should be able to clear the prompt so that people who are not allowed or don't want to use AI can still use the CTRL+F function as intended. I am unable to use AI in my work, which inherently requires human discernment. An annotated screenshot of the issue is attached. Thanks!

Signature placement
When signing the form, the signatures do not appear on the designated space, but rather just at the bottom of the form. Please fix this. Documents need to be signed in the correct location they say to sign.

Disable Adobe Cloud Storage permanently and/or make explicitly choosing opting in a requirement
Some sensitive documents were inadvertently moved to your cloud storage because there is no clear way to disable this. The recent TOS controversy makes it clear that Adobe's cloud services are not safe for users, but that this happens automatically and is opt-out (rather than opt-in) indicates that Adobe prefers having access to users' sensitive documents.
This is completely unacceptable and that I am now finding documents stored on Adobe cloud that I DID NOT OPT TO UPLOAD is an enormous privacy violation.
You NEED to make it clearer and easier how one can disable Adobe Cloud access and ensure…

Can't find data useage figure on admin pages
In the account pages I can't find how much of my data allocation is being used. This should be more prominent.

Add the Text Replacement Tool in Review Mode!
As many other users already demanded: PLEASE add the full set of commenting tools or at LEAST the Text Replacement Tool in cloud based documents. I don’t understand why this is still not integrated… users demanding it since 2019 according to the comments here. It is essential for the workflow and seems to be such a little thing, that could make working with feedback from clients so much easier.

difficult to use
Flattered as I am by the 4 welcome emails, I struggled to complete a form using the software. I could not get it to put characters (text and ticks) in the centre of the boxes and had to move them around like that old gameshow with Bob Monkhouse, and even then they wouldnt stay exactly where i put them. when checking the document I had to change a couple of entries and that wasnt easy either because just clicking on the box wasnt accurate enough and I created extra boxes that I then had to delete. We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature. You can go back to the legacy version of the software by unchecking the option "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures" in your Settings when you click on the User profile picture (Right upper corner).
Also, as for the centered character in the boxes, you can do that trick by double-clicking a text box and under Text format (Please see attached) select the second option.

Issues with initials on contracts
There is something wrong with your "initials" for contracts. The client is trying to do it, but when it comes back to me the signatures are there, but the spots for initials are blank/missing.

upgrading additional features stuck at 90%
you have to remove the bugs for not having the "upgrading additional features" which is stuck at 90%; it does not let me work properly.
Also, why is the Snipping tool not working with the Acrobat reader. My computer skills are not IT level so the answer found on the Internet are not helpful .1 vote -

You seem to make it purposefully hard to cancel plans in order to make money off of people. This is fraud.
There is no clear and intuitive way to cancel an Indesign 7 day trial. I am wasting my day talking to a chat assistant. This should be considered manipualtive fraud that you do this. I had the same issue when you tried to auto renew a 360 plan after one year that I had no way of cancelling until I wasted over 30 minutes in chat with customer service.
