For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The new platform for e-signing documents is no longer allowing a person to be CCd on the document. I see where a signer can be changed to an approver, but when clicked, the only option is Signer.

  2. Hi there, since you updated we are not able to add more files to a document we are wanting e-signed. So, instead of sending one we are sending about 4. We dont want to have to add them to the document we are uploading, as then we just have to go through and put all the boxes in for signing.

    How can we add more files again?

  6. Constantly refreshing. Gives the "spinning wheel of death" to a whole new level of frustration.

    Also ridiculous that you can't edit forms after you begin the process.

  12. I don’t understand the logic behind shifting Page Thumbnails to the right side of the main page. The "page thumbnails" tool is a big part of document organization, and it should be next to the tool bars on the left. User should have an option to have it on the left or the right. I use Acrobat Pro for most of the day, and I do not find this as a smooth workflow option. Something to improve on...

  13. 95% of the time I get an error when using any form field layer template and it makes me reload everything! Eventually I just redo the entire form. This is now causing me more time than it would be to just have the signatures signed by hand. Ugh.

  14. Hello,
    I am extremely frustrated with Adobe after the recent update. My templates won't load and it won't let me upload new versions of those files. I need to get forms out to a client and have wasted so much time trying to get Adobe to work.

  16. These recent changes are too much.. One or two items ok but when the whole program has changed, It is awful!! There are functions that don't seem to work as they did before - we will have to look and assess if this even meets the needs for our business anymore the changes and usability is that drastic... This is a real concern

    Hi,

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  17. The new e-signature interface looks great, but I'm having trouble adjusting the signature request width to fit my needs. Currently, I'm reverting to the older layout.

    Could you share any workarounds or if there are plans for improvements in the future?

Currently, the app allows the user to resize E-Sign fields by dragging the right bottom corner of the field. Please let us know if you need assistance regarding this or any other issue.

  19. No matter what I do no document will open there is something wrong with this program being used with a chromebook. This is the only way I can prepare documents for my volunteer work and I pay a monthly subscription that is inoperable.
