  2. The current authentication integration solutions for Adobe do not provide any automation around the Certificate management or the Account creation process. This is horribly limiting when considering the need of an environment to have a seamless system with limited downtime. Further the lack of auto account creation from the SAML service, is highly inefficient. It would be desired to have the capability to create users from the SAML integration and to have the SAML process setup to manage itself using federation XML URLs as an option.

  4. Acrobat does not work with Mojave...and I do not think it ever will. Adobe need to refund a portion of the subscription and stop blowing smoke....

  5. When I search for text in a PDF, the application begins to find instances of that text, then closes without warning or error messages.

  7. We are a publisher which also publishes PDF version online. In trying to use the latest version (2019.008.20081) to save as reduced file size, the text becomes corrupted.

  8. There is a bug in this software that does not allow you to save the document. A blank window pops up and nothing shows, i.e. where the file could be saved. Only after several attempts does the "save as" window fully show up. What is the solution for this bug?

  10. I get this error message occasionally, and sometimes if I close the document and reopen, it loads fine. Other times, it just won't load. Any suggestions?

  11. It is very frustrating the inconsistencies surrounding being able to log into Acrobat. You click on the login button and the little watch flashes for a second but nothing happens. To pay a monthly fee for something that does not work is not right

    1. Viewing pdfs from task bar flickering

    2. After minimizing the opened pdfs, I try to go to the task bar to view the 4 or more pdfs that I have running. It wont view all of them (flickers the images) so I cant select the one to open up when I hover over the icon in the task bar until after several tries?

    3. Windows edition: Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1
      Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Version 2019.010.20091

    4. Expected result: Show opened pdfs when hovering over task bar Adobe icon.

    5. Observed result: Place pointer over Adobe icon in task bar flickers opened…

  12. I need to convert some bank statements into excel. However, the conversion is highly distorted, across various cells, and almost unusable. Sharing the attached sample.

    Do you have a solution that you can share.

    I have tried, online links and conversion of these files work fine there, But because of security issues, I need a trusted software and hence trying to use Adobe.

  13. what happened to the old mark up tools? highlight text with note, delete text (red line through), etc??
    I used those extensively previously, and this new version is pretty useless without them

    Can you use Strikethrough text or Add Note to replace text to create the red line through .
    If you have any specific requirement of a new annot , please let us know the exact use case for the same .
    If the use case is not met by existing annots, we shall add this requirement to our product backlog.

  14. When attempting to enter a text box in the top RH corner of a document the tool covers the area the document I am editing. Have the tools we want to use permanently displayed

    revert back to version 9 format.

    The workaround for this is to click on the text properties icon bar to hide the properties so that you can easily see the text box.
    Please let us know if this works for you.

    For the second ask, can you explain the issue again as we are not clear with the ask here.

    Hi User, Thanks for reaching out to us.
    Are you facing this issue only for highlight or for other annots as well ?

    Can you uncheck the commenting preference “Automatically open comment pop-ups for comment other than notes” and try to create another highlight. Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

  16. After Acrobat updated to 2019.008.20071, my Enfocus Pitstop Tools have disappeared. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing both Acrobat and Pitstop. With no change. I have checked for an update to Acrobat but get a message that 20071 is the latest version. Enfocus says the problem is in Acrobat.

    When can i expect a fix for this. I need these tools in order to be able to work with my customers. Thanks

  17. For a long time (one year), app for Mac, Adobe Acrobat DC do not working properly.

    When I working editable files to “Preparing Form”, it is impossible to turn off the color of the Border Color and Fill Color.

    There is no NONE color at all, as it was 2 years ago.

    Please update app quickly and let me know as soon as possible.

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader.

    If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

  18. I opened a document on Adobe on Mac and then it stopped responding right away. Then I tried to restart my computer or shut it down, it showed that because my ADOBE WOULD NOT let me!!?? I couldn't not open any pdf or restart my computer because of this. Please help!

  19. Document made in Acrobat Pro DC 2018 and sent for review.
    Came back with multiple comments. Those of them that got fixed got marked. Then I could come back later and show only unmarked comments. It works just fine in 2018 version. But with New Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20080 it does not work. As soon as i click on the filter button to sort the comments the whole Acrobat gets jammed. I have tried several times, also restarted computer. So there must be something wrong here.
