  1. Acrobat Pro DC on Mac OS 10.14.5 Mojave won't install - error 1 / other Adobe apps working

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't seem to help. PS and LR seem to be fine.
    Creative Cloud via online. New Mac 15 Pro computer. So first time opening Acrobat on here I think.
    Safari Browser 12.11.1
    No updates for MAC or Adobe needed at this time.
    Reliable internet connection.

  2. Acrobat DC serialized deployment for remote desktop/Citrix environments

    The new named user licensing (NUL) is not ideal for remote desktop/Citrix environments when using more than two session hosts.

    The cloud limitation of two logons is fine for personal computers but when operating a large number of session hosts users have to logon to Acrobat DC when roaming across multiple servers. Each server is considered a new installation.

    Please bring back serialized deployments for enterprise customers or another solution that works with remote desktop/Citrix.

  4. Single Sign On

    Allow us to automate the sign in process when using Federated IDs by either implementing a reg key to default to enterprise ID and grab their AD email or something else.

  5. I have bought a monthly plan. Why is Adobe asking me to register the product?

    I purchased a monthly plan of Acrobat DC. I was not able to install via Adobe Creative Cloud. Therefore, I downloaded the installer from the Web, and have succesfully installed Acrobat DC. I am now asked to provide a registration serial number. Where can I find this number?

  6. reboot

    Acrobat is an application and as such, I should not need to reboot the computer when it updates. I have lost information twice now. I will now block it from updating.

  9. Logs for Account creations/deletes

    It would be helpful if the Adobe Admin Console had an area where you can see when an account is created or deleted. We have Enterprise licensing and i'm surprised that this info is not available, especially for audit purposes.

  11. Prevent unintended over subscription

    My enterprise has subscriptions to individual Creative Cloud apps (e.g. PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), as well as "All App" subscriptions (i.e. the entire Creative Cloud bundle), as well as Acrobat Standard, and Acrobat Professional. Adobe should provide me with alerts when it detects that a user is over subscribing. For example: (1) If a user is assigned an All Apps subscription, an alert should be raised it they are also assigned any other subscription. (2) If a user is assigned 3 or more individual Creative Cloud apps (excluding Acrobat) an alert should be raised since it is more cost effective…

  12. Individual Creative Cloud subscriptions should be universal to every Creative Cloud product

    For my enterprise I subscribe to multiple individual Creative Cloud products (for users who need 1 or 2 products only, since it is more cost effective than an All Apps subscription). I might have 9 of 10 PhotoShop subscriptions assigned, 10 of 10 Illustrator subscriptions assigned, and 11 of 10 InDesign subscriptions just assigned. That means I have to true up InDesign by 1 even though I overestimated my PhotoShop and am 'overpaying' until I am allowed to true it down.   13. This is a one big -*** program that installs very long. I would require a lite version. Optional options could be installed as plugins.

    Please create a lite version. This program is so heavy with all the unnecessary tools. I just need to edit a PDF and it's been an hour I am downloading and installing it.

  14. Admin console - create installer of latest version

    As an enterprise customer would like to have the ability to create an installer package for latest version of Acrobat. At times there are delays of several weeks or does not become available at all if the latest version includes an "optional" update or patch.

  15. is it possible for an administrator to Admin Console to trace who's adding and removing licenses to users?

    There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

  16. Make Acrobat Reader as enlighten app for WIP

    We are using Windows Information Protection to protect company data and documents. Since Acrobat Reader works only in work mode and private documents are also considered as work content. It would be great if the software can be configured as enlighten app so that it can also use in personal mode.

  17. User account login verification - view log

    User account login verification

    Across all Adobe products that require someone to login or ‘ping’ the Adobe licensing services, managed/stored by Adobe – I would like to review the log file of the user accounts who are hitting the licensing service.

    With thousands of users, I need a programmatic way to verify only current and authorized users are using the licensing associated with our account. In my past, I’ve had ex-employees and keys shared and ended up paying for someone else’s use of Adobe products.
    Other publishers offer this and I would like to see the same from Adobe, since…

  18. Recover FRL license from hard drive that has failed/crashed

    The license recover process using the licensing toolkit for computers that have a healthy hard drive works great. However, anticipating the need to recover a license from a computer where the HD has failed/crashed and the HD can not be accessed to run licensing toolkit .exe to recover license.

    Anticipating the need to recover a license from a failed/"crashed" HD and would like to know procedure for this. Maybe it license count needs to be manually adjusted on the Admin Console by Adobe Tech Support???? Just want to prepared to address this situation.

  20. Named User Licensing - Actual Usage

    As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.
