Loss of licenses when computers crash
I purchased a licence to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. I intalled this on my two computers and have hapilly used them for several years. I have had to reinstall my OS on my laptop a few times now and when I try to reinstall Adobe it tells me I have exceeded the number of licences permitted. I can not buy and use registred products
I'm an assistant professor in pure mathematics at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad located in Iran. I can not buy registered products because of sanction against my country. allow Shared usage of Adobe Pro for teams access.
My Company (Small business) uses the adobe pro license daily. We have grown and wish to assign the Acrobat Sign Duties to another user. Currently the only way to do this is purchase an entire Sign License ($20.99/permonth) or another Pro License ($23.99/permonth). This is cost prohibitive for a small business who merely wants to delegate some of the daily routine to another user. Your customers PAY FOR your products. When I downloaded and launched the app on my new laptop (LONGtime user on my prior laptop), you did not:
Announce the "new" look
Offer a tour of the "new" product BEFORE launching it
Offer the option of "new" vs. "original"I had to resort to Chat with Customer Service to learn what happened and how to undo your GIANT step backwards. The fonts are microscopic, there are icons where words should be, and the layout is now a hide-and-seek experience.

Creative Cloud thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of Acrobat
When I create new dynamic stamps in Acrobat, Creative Cloud then thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of all my CC apps. Every time I launch Acrobat (or other CC Apps), a warning dialog opens informing me that I can only have apps stored on 2 computers with my license. I need to click Learn More, visit Adobe's Web site, dismiss the browser, and return to Acrobat to continue using the Program. This behavior I have experienced on Mac OS Sonoma (14.1.2).

I need a new license provider because my current license provider is not giving me a good service. I am trying to contact a human being from ADOBE who may help me find a new way to renew my license, but it is imposible. Acrobat 23.008.20470 Update NO GOOD
The last 2 upgrades are terrible! Slow to open and slow to process, eg. export function. Insufficient testing prior to release. Adobe team, you must improve this!

Please allow use older versions of the app in Creative Cloud, like other Creative Cloud apps have, Version 24.1 is Broken.
Version 24.1 is Broken. It has crashed 9 times today. This happens when scrolling documents, tabbing into documents and even when opening documents. I am not even using any of the special features. This is ruining my workflow and honestly am about to look for an alternative PDF program.
Please give us the option to use older versions of apps like other programs do in the CC. So I can have a functioning version of the app. It was working fine before the update.

PC restart required after update, which is super annoying
PC restart after software update is normally not required, except device drivers.

Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version
Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

Failure to launch after a number of files are opened
After I work with a few dozen files in a day, Adobe simply stops opening. You click on a file or the app itself and the cursor flickers once and nothing happens. The only way to get it working again is to restart the computer. Very inconvenient when you are logged into multiple business programs and have to log out of everything and shut down/restart in the middle of the day. Have checked for updates - nothing.

Shared server update issue
We use non-persistent Citrix servers for our infrastructure and when we update 64-bit versions of Adobe Pro DC, we are having to go into the registry and redo the keys that allow for multiple users /shared devices. This is only happening to 64-bit installs and seems to have started back on the August planned update. This seems like a bug since 32-bit versions of Adobe are unchanged after updating.
