  1. This is a bug; I'm on Windows printing to a Canon printer (pdf's will print if going thru Chrome and not Adobe Acrobat v 2023.008.20534 64 bit). The Adobe popup print box comes up, then the Cannon box appears (not populated), disappears and nothing happens. I'm currently bypassing Acrobat and printing all documents thru. Chrome. See attached file for system information.
Previously reported (Case 04303000012916) but only resolution was to bypass the Adobe print function or convert the document to a Microsoft pdf. The document I'm trying to print was created from a scan'd document (Canon printer). The document is…

  3. When I try to print, I get two error messages, one stating that the PDF file can't be printed, and the second that no pages were selected (which isn't true).

  4. It's nothing huge, but when you finish sending the print job to the printer with the Save Ink/Toner setting, a prompt pops up and says, "saved upto 15%" instead of Up to 15%. The words are just squished together. I forgot to take a screenshot though.

  6. Scenario/Description: I have a large PDF that is 310 pages, so I'd like to print selected pages to a new PDF for smaller files. e.g. print pages 168 - 208. Upon printing selected pages to a new PDF, it opens the created file and the total page count is correct, but the selected page number is wrong as it starts its count from its position in the original file (i.e. so instead of showing page 1 out of 41, it shows page 168 out of 41).

Preconditions: PDF with multiple pages open (310 from scenario above) in Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  8. Unable to print any PDF on any printer. Same error again and again : Cannot find pages…

Tried anything. Select one page, actives pages etc…

    No way.

Latest Adobe CC softwares and Mac system

All these files print well with Aperçu

To me Acrobat is totally useless.

But maybe a genius has found the way to acdress this critical issue

    ;-)

    Happy new year y'all

  9. I run an ecommerce business and when fulfilling orders, label and packing slip pdfs are generated for orders. When i print labels, I have to manually select my label printer, then switch back manually to print packing slips on the laser printer. It would be an amazing feature if Acrobat Pro could analyze a document and if it had a bar code, for example, it would know it was a label and pre-select the label printer. Then switch back to default. It's shocking to me that no one seems to have thought of this feature. I wish I had back…

  10. When generating a PDF from InDesign at 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall, the PDF comes out as expected with no borders. I can even tweak the PDF settings to display 2UP in the window just like I want it to print.

From Acrobat, taking that borderless PDF and selecting the Acobat PDF printer installed in Windows, the second you select Multiple pages in the printer settings window, Acrobat adds a margin around each page. Even when selecting letter, custom letter, custom 5.5x8.5.

If I wanted margins on my multi-page PDF output I would have built them into my document. There…

  15. I am mass printing forms that contain signatures created by drawing on tablets or mobile devices to Acrobat PRO; however I am seeing that some signatures are being covered by a black box when opened in Pro. It is random. This does not happen when I try to Save as PDF and not bring the image into Adobe however I then lose all Adobe Pro capabilities like Combine, OCR, Organize, etc

  17. All of a sudden with the new update my printer doesn't recognize my documents that I printed just days ago correctly. Nor will it double sided print any longer. I went back to the previous version of adobe and it will now print the document completely on a sheet of paper without cutting off half of it, however it seems to have lost the ability to double side print.

  19. Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2023.006.20360 on iMac running macOS Sonoma 14.0 will not print any PDFs. Error message is "There were no pages selected to print." User forum reports date back to 2015-2016 and don't work for me. This is a critical issue as I rely heavily on printed PDFs for many of my final products. Could it be compatitibility with Sonoma 14.0? Thank you.
