  1. pdf come out blank when done on Ai and save and try to open

    Simply it does not save when we save on Ai and try to open just a blank page comes out. To print it just has no data. Printed it still a blank page printed? Solutions for this problem? Issue was happening for a long time. Thanks.

  2. Change default print options

    It would be great to change the default on the what to print option. I have an application where I need to set the default to "print current page", but it won't allow me to make a permanent change.

  3. Print to PDF

    Dear Adobe team.
    I'd like to mention that for some reason, when I am on any app and I want to print as PDF, the quality of the file when I choose Microsoft Print to PDF is much better than when I choose Adobe PDF printer... That's very strange to me, given that as long as I know, you are the creators of this standard... Same thing happened when I had a mac. The built in PDF printer was much better than the Adobe one.   4. Increase the Print to PDF from 50 pages to more i.e. 350 pages

    Printing only 50 page restriction is impacting our Disclosure team as their documents are sometimes 350 pages. So please consider increasing it.

  5. Bug... Print to File is always checked.

    Computer OS: Windows 7 Pro
    Acrobat Version: Adobe Acrobat DC (18.011.20058)

    Whenever I try to print from Adobe Acrobat, it ask me to save a file as a .prn.

    So I go to the Advance Settings from the Print Window to uncheck "Print to File" option and then close the Advance Settings window. However if I try to print it will ask me to save the file as a .prn and when I click on the Advance again to go to the Advance Settings, the "Print to File" option is checked again.

  6. Page numbering on a contact sheet

    I would like to be able to add page numbers to a file of photos and be able to print them as a contact sheet with the numbers just next to each thumbnail.

    The file I'm printing is of an attack where someone wrenched the phone out of my hand so for a lot of the video it's impossible to tell which way is up.

    A time and date stamp would also be very useful, as I'm preparing this for a court hearing.

  7. Highlighting doesn't print

    In previous versions, I could highlight text and the highlighting would print when the document was printed. Now it does not.

  8. overprint

    Add Overprint Black Feature

    Suppose, a file contains 100+ pages. It's colored, then I want to ad overprint black in Acrobat DC Pro.

    This will save us from using other software & It will save our time.

  9. Adobe PDF on Chrome and highlighting problem in Acrobat Pro DC

    When printing from Chrome on Windows with Adobe PDF and then trying to highlight it in Acrobat Pro there is some strange problems. IT marks much more than it should. Se added examples.
    AdobePDFchrome.pdf is printed with Adobe PDF and the Builtinchrome.pdf is printed with the built-in PDF in chrome.
    In both files I have highlighted only the text DC but only the Built-In for chrome shows it correctly?

    Data: Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Officiell version) (64 bit)

    Hi Marko,

    Thank you for sharing this issue with us. We would like to know few more things :

    1. Is this issue happening every time you highlight a document printed by Adobe PDF?
    2. Is it working fine if we highlight any local PDF file?
    2. Have you tried updating Acrobat Pro and Chrome to the latest version?
    3. Please share the sample pdf files.

    We have tried but unable to reproduce it with the latest Chrome(71.0.3578.98) and Acrobat Pro (2019.010.20064).

  10. I cannot print to Adobe pdf. Also, says can't find license...

    Refuses to print to pdf. Also states cannot find license, though the adobe apps work fine.

  11. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Printing too Many Copies

    Acrobat is printing the square of however many copies I ask it to print. So, if I print 2 copies, Acrobat actually prints 4. If I print 4 copies, Acrobat prints 16, etc. I am running it on a Mac mini and my printer is an HP LaserJet Pro 400. I have tried turning off the computer & printer, with no success. It is still doing the same thing.

  13. Acrobat Pro/Standard PDF Printing.

    Hi Adobe,

    Shame this isn't a bug bounty or I could possibly get some pennies!

    In short, PDFs created in older versions of Adobe do not work with the most recent edition you guys have released.

    A client of ours was missing text when printing, after months of painful driver changes etc, we had found a resolution.

    Any user that creates a PDF in older Adobe software, will not be able to have a colleague print all text/docs/stamps/markups/borders/lines on a PDF within Acrobat. Only downgrading the user to an older unsecure, unsupport Adobe product works.

  14. How to print a combined file double sided? Adobe treats each song as a separate file, even though combined. 1 pc paper per song.

  15. unable to print any pdfs to printers

    I'm unable to print any pdf files from Acrobat DC to the local network printers. I receive errors: "the document could not be printed" and "an error occurred while printing the document". I am able to print to the printers from other programs. I've been able to print pdfs from Acrobat DC to printers in the past.

  16. "Show Overprinting" not working consistently

    Bug report re Output Preview/Color Warnings/Show Overprinting

    When 'Show Overprinting' is toggled on it displays the results in the selected colour on the page being viewed. However, when you navigate to the next page frequently no results are displayed. When you navigate through the rest of the document, results are sometimes displayed, often not.

    The only way to get 'Show Overprinting' to display consistently and correctly is to toggle it off and back on for every single page.

  18. Bug: Printing with Adobe PDF Converter causes Windows 10 Interactive Service Detection window to display in session 0

    I am reporting a bug with:

    Adobe DC Pro version 2017.009.20058
    Running on Windows 10 Version 1709 Build 16299.492

    When I print any document using the Adobe PDF Converter and the "View Adobe PDF Results" option is checked receive an Interactive Services Detection notification on my Windows Task Bar. If i click the flashing icon in my Task Bar the ISD window opens (see attached image).

    If I click "Ask me later" within five minutes the icon will start flashing again.

    If I click "View the message" a lot happens. Actually not much happens , But it takes a lot…

  19. Bug: I am unable to save to pdf a downloaded pdf document or when printing to .pdf in Windows 10 on laptop

    1. Your Window 10 version
    2. Adobe Acrobat DC version
    3. What error is shown to you on printing to PDF or downloading PDF?
    4. Is this issue happening with any other document such as Doc/txt/xls?
