Consider the PDF placemats. Observe lots of complicated clipping. This was printed successfully from Adobe inside Chrome, but unsuccessfully from Adobe desktop app — major failure of clipping.

First image is of the Sandeman circle on the first page, as correctly converted to bitmap by GraphicConverter.

  4. Yes, Allegiant does let you change your flights1-808-865-4114, though there are restrictions. If you added Trip Flex, you can make one change without paying a change fee, but you'll still pay any fare difference. Without Trip Flex, a change fee applies, and changes must be made more than 7 days before departure. Allegiant doesn’t allow changes within 7 days if Trip Flex wasn't purchased. You can make changes through the Manage Travel section on their website. Always double-check your confirmation email or Allegiant’s change policy online to understand any fees or limits tied to your booking.

  5. I finished TurboTax & need to print a copy but your system tries to get a FAX for signatures which are not required. This keeps me from printing the TurboTax return that is absolutely required. SO PLEASE FIX THIS FREAKING THING!!!!!!!

  8. Physically printing PDF-files with Adobe Reader (2025.001.20474) results in additional lines on the printed page. Can be reproduced when printing with "Microsofot Print to PDF" and saving as PDF. See attached examples: DemoOriginal.pdf is the original file, DemoReexportwithBug.pdf is the result when printing with Microsoft Print to PDF. This is also what it looks like when printed on a physical printer.

  10. Make default page setup margins in the Print dialog box set to 0 inches instead of 1 inches or make these customizable. Having the default page setup set to 1 inch margins creates a condition where the user is forced to choose the "Fit" option under Page Sizing & Handling rather than the "Actual Size" option in order to print a pdf and fit all of the information. See the attached example which represents a pdf that is 8.5" x 11" that has a border line set at 0.5" from the edge of the document. When choosing the Print dialog…

  11. No way to have recto verso printing, although in the windows parameters of my printer and in the Adobe parameters. I am just using your application to read and print Pdf documents, even that is uselessly complicated, the acrobat reader that you used to supply was simple, today it is just a marketing tool to sell at at a prohibitive price Adobe Acribat DC pro. I will stop using your product, there are plenty of free versions on the web...
    Sorry

  12. Adobe PDF was printing documents in appropriate portrait format 2 days ago. Today, the same document and every other document that I try to print is printing as landscape. I ensured everything is marked as portrait, I deleted and resaved files, and nothing is fixing the problem. I also tried printing same document directly from In Design and it is printing as portrait. So it is definitely a PDF glitch.

  13. In Acrobat Pro (desktop app on Windows 11 Pro), what happened to the option to customize paper size from the print settings? I just wasted over an hour with the worst Adobe tech support guy who uninstalled my app, reinstalled it, tried a preflight setting, then told me to call Canon and have them change their printer settings and disconnected our chat! Is creating a custom size of paper to print no longer an option?

  15. Hi, this file is viewable but does not print in Adobe Reader DC with these specs:

    Architecture: arm64
    Processor: Apple M2
    Build: 25.1.20438.0
    AGM: 7.1.10
    CoolType: 10.0.0
    JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

    (Current MacOS Sequoia.)

    I get an error dialog.

Apple Preview on the same system prints the file, but oversized (full-size 8.5x11 page).

Firefox (current) PDF plug-in prints more-or-less properly, although the edges are trimmed (size seems correct).

  16. Outputs PRINT command instead of Document

Starting in March 2025, when I try to print a .PDF file (using Acrobat Reader DC ver. 25.001.20435), the output (from my Epson Expressions XP-4100 inkjet "all-in-one" device) consists of multiple pages concerning the Print command (note point [c] below), rather than the actual document! (I am using a [2020] HP laptop running [64-bit} WIndows 10 [Ver. 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5608)].)

    (a) To stop that "repetitive" printing, I must uninstall and reinstall the printer. (I have also chosen to stop the Print Spooler, deleted the files and folders in %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers, and then restarted the…

  17. If I've had a PDF file open for a while, the small font (in this case, denoting what PMS ink color to use) changes to Greeking/nonsense characters and PRINTS as such. As the file in question is one that is frequently used, that this file print correctly regardless of how long it's been open is important. And please note that a "while" is approximately 30min. to an hour at a time.

  18. I have just printed an A5 PDF onto 50 sheets of A5 paper. But Acrobat wasn't intelligent enough to realise it was an A5 PDF, so it scaled it up to A4. As a result half the information was missing on the printouts and what was visible was huge. And I wasted an hour of my time and a lot of paper.

Please could Acrobat be intelligent enough to realise that if someone is printing an A5 PDF they would normally want to print it onto A5 paper. You should not have to change the paper size in Printer Propertes…

  19. I’m working with custom food packaging designs and often need to export high-quality vector files for printing. One challenge I face is ensuring that transparency and color accuracy remain intact, especially when working with wax paper printing.

I've been using Adobe Acrobat to review and optimize my PDFs before sending them to print. However, I’d love to hear how others handle color profiles and transparency flattening to maintain print quality.

For context, I’m working with a custom wax paper printing project (https://customwaxpaper.com/) and need to ensure the final output looks as expected. Any tips on Acrobat settings or…
