[Bug] "Navigation controls direction" not working
Preference → Full Screen → Full Screen Transitions → "Nvaigation Controls Direction" check button is not working on Acrobat Pro (2022), while it works on Acrobat Reader DC. If it is a persistent bug, I hope it would be fixed and make it works as exactly same as Acrobat Reader.

User interface is the worst ever. Bring back the old interface
My idea is to bring back the old function interface.
The new user interface is the most inconvenient, inexplicable, poorly organized user interface I have experienced with any Adobe product.
In the future, interfaces should be tested with real live users and not code writers.
I wish there were a way to use a "legacy" interface.

pen feature
The pen feature doesn't work well. It autocorrects and makes the handwriting look bad. The erase also works poorly.

stop the popups
I just opened Acrobat, and it gave me another "look what's new" popup. Every time it does this it freezes for a good minute. I have three new computers, the one I am using is a i7 12th gen 1280, with 32 mb of ram. So, not a slow computer by any means, and yet this mild distraction is very frustrating, especially for power users, who are the ones who are going to recommend your products. Disable Home Screen
PLEASE include a way to permanently turn off the home screen. Adobe Acrobat 2002 on a mac. Very intrusive and interruptive of work flow.

Online Enterprise profile name cannot be changed?
Please add the ability to change the profile name at login. Screenshot attached. Currently there is a typo in our company name and support has informed us that there is no way to change this.....

Allow reordering of "Other file storage" locations
"Other file storage" locations (e.g., SharePoint) in Acrobat are listed in the order they were added (oldest first). Please add the ability to order them, by name, by date added, and manual/custom order.

New User Interface
I installed the new Acrobat Pro. The interface was brand new. It looked nice but nothing was working. Under file I had the option to revert back to the older style. All the bugs persisted. I did a repair and now everything seems to work. But I would like to go back to the new interface but I don't see an option for it??

Download a PDF option is buried and not easy to find
The option to download a PDF to my desktop is buried and frustrating to find.
When logged online in to my account and looking at my documents tab, each file has three little dots to the far right. These dots have many of the document options I would expect, except there is download feature. To access this feature, I need to open the document and then select the three little dots located near the top of the screen to the right.I could not find this and had to look online using your help feature. Restore Lost Functionality in Acrobat DC Actions
I tried using Acrobat Pro DC for the first time recently and I was shocked to learn that some key drag & drop functionality no longer exists in Actions. Drag and drop is a must-have. taskbar shortcut open adobe when clicked, NOT view all pdfs currently open
The design of Adobe currently makes you click twice to view a pdf whenever more than one pdf is currently opened in Adobe. This is because Adobe has been designed with windows to recognize each pdf as another window of the program. Windows does this with all programs like chrome, excel, explorer etc. However, adobe is a paper viewer/editor program and all opened pdfs should be coded as tabs under one program because the primary purpose is for viewing. pinning marquee zoom
marquee zoom is a critical tool that should be accessible from the quick access tools or pinned somewhere on a tool bar. in the new update on windows 11 this is not possible and marquee zoom can only be activated from the drilling down through the drop down menu each time you need to use it, which is constant for me. in general this release makes it very difficult to set up the interface for efficient use in different work flows. other tools like the print snapshot seem to just be gone. print snapshot is another very useful tool that…

Single Page Continuous HORIZONTAL
Hundreds of thousands of businesses use flowcharting software (such as draw.io, Visio, LucidChart, etc.) that allows you to create HORIZONTAL flowcharts, project management swim lanes, and more.
Unfortunately, Acrobat currently only allows VERTICAL "Single Page Continuous" scrolling in the Page Layout options.
For multipage horizontal documents, it's hard to track the right side of the previous page with the left side of the current page.
I'm proposing an additional Page Layout option called "Single Page Continuous Horizontal" (and maybe rename the current option to "Single Page Continuous Vertical) that allows us to scroll HORIZONTALLY through ALL pages in a document.

Reduce page thumbnail size, or make the minimum size smaller
The minimum page thumbnail size needs to be reduced. It's laughably large right now. Basically needs to mimic PowerPoint resize allowance. Want very small thumbnails? Done. Large? Done. Right now you can have only large, very large, super large, and stupid large. How is Adobe so bad at some of the most basic functionality?!
