  2. The tab bar, menu bar, and that giant arrow down the right hand side take up way too much space. This is especially the case for those who must zoom in due to poor vision. It is very restrictive.
The document tab bar is twice the height that it needs to be for the height of its text.

  3. I open many PDFs every day that are created by multiple people in multiple different ways. Every. Single. Time I open a PDF, the bookmarks bar pops up, even if it's a single page document with no bookmarks. Also, whenever I have hidden the tools or anything else (F8 and F9), opening a new document brings all that stuff up. That means every time I open a document, I have to click 4 extra times to get rid of all the garbage so I can just see the document. Can you please just give us some preferences to never or…

  4. Please give users a way to disable contextual tips. This disrupts my work and it's irritating. I got a new iMac last year and did a clean install of the Adobe apps I use via the Creative Cloud app. Contextual tips have never stopped popping up.

Please make this stop. Please. Please. Please.

See the attached screen shot for the one that disrupts me most often.

Yes, I've searched your forums and posted about this repeatedly. Now I'm doing so via the Feedback feature in the app.

  5. It would be great if only the words Click Here was the clickable part at the lower right, instead of the entire rectangular area. Invariably when I resize my window from that corner it launches whatever is the current content down there. Not huge but kind of annoying when you're busy.

  6. You should make it optional to have either the icon tool bar or the same tool bar you have in Adobe Pro XI. To tell you that I HATE the icons is an understatement because you have to open them individually and it's hard to find what you are looking for. Meanwhile it makes me feel as if you think I'm stupid or an idiot. I'm fairly well educated and hate icons taking half of the page that could have been used for editing a document.

  9. The menu bar and all drop downs automatically highlight when I run my mouse over them - I can find no place to stop this or change any setting.
    I can't read the text!

  10. When you search a document, the found instances are highlighted in a grey blue colour that is very hard to notice. This defeats the purpose of a search function. Either the colour should be changed to something brighter or the user should be able to change the colour in settings.

  11. Every day I have to click off a pop up about sharing my work. I appreciate that I have been notified of a cool feature, but this should stop showing up after 3 times or maybe be put on a 6 month timer if you really feel like I need a reminder again.

  13. I'm using a 2019 Mac Pro with all the latest Adobe software. When Acrobat is open and in front of the Finder windows and other apps everything is fine but when I click into another app or Finder window, while Acrobat is open in the background, the Acrobat cursor remains visible. Hiding or quitting Acrobat is the only way to restore the correct cursor. When this occurs while working with another Adobe app (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) the cursor flickers between the Acrobat cursor and the other program's cursor. There is a flickering cursor bug which has affected Adobe software…

  14. Many of our form users have the Classic version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and they are unhappy with the recent change that forces the document title to display, rather than the file name. Unlike my Continuous version, they have the Classic version and it does not have the option to change that display setting: They are missing this checkbox in their preferences: Documents>Open Settings>Always use filename as document title (checkbox)

Adobe Support confirmed there is no ETA for if/when this feature will be added to the Classic version. We'd really like to see it added so our users can…

  16. When you measure in picas it is shown as decimals, so 1.5 p for 1 and a half picas. But there are 12 points in a pica not 10 (they are not decimal), so it would be easier to understand in picas and points therefore 1p6 not 1.5 p.

  17. Its very useful to know who has been using the Adobe products within the last 90 days. This way we can swap licenses around when needed.

A feature to show what users have used Adobe Pro or DC would be beneficial to support teams within the portal.

  18. How do I copy the preferences in Acrobat for the toolbars, views, etc. that I painstakingly set up on one computer now that I have a new one to set up? Where is the preference file stored? The old computer with the good Acrobat preferences is not online.

  19. It is exceptionally annoying that pages in Adobe DC do not smoothly scroll. When you get to the bottom of a page the next page 'snaps' to the top of the page. This is contrary to human psychology... Just follow the eyes of your users. When this happens the users eyes are often at the bottom of the page. When the annoying 'next' page snaps up, the user has to move his eyes and often their head to re-find the new focus point at the top of the screen because that is where the next content is found.

    Space between…

  20. The popup that comes up for the user is in a most annoying position. The main reason is that it covers text that the user is in the process of reading.

There is often better grey space to put this in. It might even be better to have this at the top if you must insist on it being present. This is because people read top to bottom and often hover over the text to read and it is less likely to occur at the top of a page because the user is not likely keeping their place.

    And why…
