  2. I cannot upgrade to a newer OS to see if this corrects my problem. Company IT controlled MacBook, licensed to use Creative Cloud. Acrobat DC is having issues opening simple low to medium resolution PDFs. Will just spin and not respond. Have to force quit and relaunch. I can't pinpoint the cause - happens if I have one file open or 10, happens if I add a comment or click on one, happens if I do nothing and just have a file open while working in other programs.   3. BUG - We used to be able to Add Licence for Acrobat Pro DC but now button is no longer available. We have added 65 licences up till now without and issues. Can you fix this.

  4. When I tick the Automatically instal updates button. It asks me whether acrobat can install a new helper tool. I type my password correct. When I reopen Preferences the box is ticked back.

  7. I made a PDF with InDesign 15.0 and the bookmarks are missing in full Acrobat DC 2019.021.20056. However, the bookmarks do display ok in my wife's computer's copy of Acrobat Reader.

  8. Whenever I open a document I get an intermittent not responding and cannot do anything for a few seconds. This happens with every document and multiple times while working in it. Please fix.

  9. I cannot login to my Adobe application. The verification email is not being received at the email account. Also, the application on my computer shows that it is expired but I pay a monthly fee for the Adobe product.

  10. Stop right-bottom clickable rectangle area within a window.
    Frequently resizing accidentally causes a browser to start and open the CC page.

  11. i would like to be able to change the font color used with the measuring tool. sometimes what i am marking up has a black or dark background and the black default font does not show up. The work around is to label on top of the measuring line font which is messy and does not look professional. Please make this enhancement, thank you.

  12. For PHOTOSHOP:
    This may be a whole new project...I'm doing specialized work from an aircraft...taking dozens of photographs of, say, a Main Street covering one mile. Using the dozens of overlapping digital photos, can you create a program to stitch these dozens of photos together to create a rendering showing that entire mile of road? Extreme panorama shot from a moving platform.

    ANSWER WAS USE PHOTOMERGE.

    Tried. It doesn't work. So, can you push a request to the "Big Guys" at Adobe and see if such a program can be created. My last try used only six photos with about…

  13. Virtually every major software product has been available for Windows 64 bit for many years. So, it is insane that Adobe Acrobat only has a 32 bit version for Windows (and a 64 bit version for macOS). Moreover, it is very easy to create a 64 bit version. So, can you please release one in Q2 2019. Thank you!

  14. Prior to fall 2019 I could export a JPG file from Photoshop at the resolution specified in the print option. now as of release 21.1.1 it only exports as 96dpi. (As a work around I need to use Adobe Bridge to export the file correctly.) The current online documentation was done in 2019 and supports how I had been exporting.
    I understand the export interface was standardized. This appears to be a software regression.

    The output resolution of a jpg file should be able to be adjusted by the user from the export interface.

  15. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC constantly freezes for 5 to 10 seconds, then works for a few seconds, then repeats the cycle. It did this for a couple weeks, then seemed better for a day or two, and is now seems worse. I am using Windows 10. It is to the point that it is almost unusable and tremendously frustrating. The header at the top will say Not Responding frequently.

  16. I would like to be able to add a dynamic stamp to the quick access toolbar, but I am not able to accomplish this. Please see attached Adobe Version and the current quick toolbar. Is this not possible with Adobe DC Pro?

  17. When I create a .pdf from Illustrator, a dialog box opens saying the file cannot be found. It used to auto open the .pdf after creating it. It does create the file (.pdf) but does not auto open it.

  19. Just got upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc and now whenever I 'save as' a document, the default location to save it is to a temporary folder. Before the upgrade, i can choose the folder to save the documents and that folder will be the default location for future documents. Tried to find the solution to fix this by reading bunch of discussion forum and so far have no luck finding anything.
