  1. When requesting signatures on a PDF form with currency fields, the currency formatting disappears when the form is sent for signatures. Specifically, I have a requisition form with item costs, shipping, tax, and total amount that are formatted to display the dollar sign and decimal places. Once the requisition is filled out, it is sent for approval signatures using 'Request Signatures'. After specifying the email address to send to and right-clicking the 'Specify where to sign' button, the dollar sign and commas disappear. This is a bug and should be fixed.

  2. I want all admins on our account (four employees, small company) to be able to see what documents have been sent out for signature and which have been signed and returned, no matter who sent them out!

  3. pls enable ability to allow for multiple download of documents in adobe sign - seems like a simple fix - to allow for multiple documents selection (including ability to select all) and then download the PDF (as zip file)

  5. There should be an option to change the date format of Audit Trail. Currently it is set as YYYY MM DD
    Due to this, documents are being rejected in UK Courts, as they need it in DD MM YYYY format.

  6. There should be an option to set the Date format used in Well formatted signatures in Adobe. Currently it is in MMM DD, YYYY format.

  7. Need option to send notifications to a cell phone number or to a email address other than the one used to send the sign request document to.

    Need the option to repeat notification more than once a day ... once a day is the smallest interval allowed for notifications. ... if the document needs to be signed before EOD then I may need to repeat the notification hourly......

  8. Adobe allows for up to 150 signature transactions per year under most plans. However, there is no way to see in your account how many signature transactions you have used for the year. Suggest showing a running tally so that the user will know when they are about to hit their limit.

  10. When using Adobe from a workgroup email. Adobe should allow notifications to go to that workgroup email.
    For example, we have 3 users who are connected to a workgroup email Compliance@agencyname.com (it's a shared inbox)
    We requested and CC'd signature requests to that email, but no notification was sent to that email address.

  11. I have had a number of issues where the third or fourth person allocated to sign an agreement have left and their emails are not accessible.
    I propose an option that the initiator of a document be permitted to change details of a party to sign without having to cancel the entire agreement and redo it, especially as this requires the first few to have to redo the agreement, and in some cases they are onerous to have to complete many fields again.

  12. The sign tool in Acrobat used to have helpful tools... the ability to write text, paste a checkmark, write the date, all the things needed to sign a document. Now it just gives me a ****** signature? Why has this functionality been removed?

  14. I have a small business that performs in-home services to people in need and Medicaid is the payor for the services.

    Due to the 2016 Cures Act, all companies who provide Medicaid-paid services in homes must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements in order to receive payment for services billed.

    Currently, Adobe Sign meets all the requirements for business to use as their EVV solution EXCEPT "the location of of where the service is offered."

    If Adobe could add an optional requirement to catch the location of a signature (e.g., GPS coordinates or IP Address) then the problem could…

  15. When creating a template or otherwise sending a document, form fields should auto "snap to grid" in any document that has lines on it similar to Acrobat DC auto form create. It's frustrating to go into this platform after using Acrobat DC and realizing it will now take about an hour to re-create the same form that took 2 minutes in Acrobat DC.

  16. You should be able to set up reminders for documents you send out for signatures within the app, right after sending the document, like you are able to do in the browser.

  17. Be able to change the timezone of the Final Audit Report in Adobe Sign so that it matches the timezone of the signature.
    It is confusing when the audit report has a different day than the signature page because the timezones don't match.

  19. Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
    is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.

  20. Created a Word docx and clicked "Create and Share Adobe PDF." Unable to enter password (box automatically greys out and cannot type). Cancelling provokes this error code: 2148073488. This is a recurring issue every time I use "Create and Share Adobe PDF" and try to digitally sign using a work certificate. Workaround has been closing and reopening the PDF to sign. Please address.
