  1. I set up the proper tab order/work flow in my Acrobat form, and sent it to someone to fill out the fields and eSign. Adobe Sign completely re-ordered the tab order so that the flow didn't work well. The receiver had to keep using his mouse to get to the next field instead of just tabbing to it. The tab order should remain undisturbed when converting from Acrobat to Adobe Sign.

  2. On my Service Agreement document, I always Cc my assistant and always change the message that goes with it - is I possible to have these individualised common inputs programmed to the dindividual document?

  3. We are using Egnyte to send templates from Adobe sign and when the pop up box appears where you can choose which templates to send they are not organized in any specific way. I would like to have them sorted alphabetically or numerically.

  6. I updated my new e-mail and it's still emailing my old e-mail every time I send out a document for signature. It also isn't showing my documents in my sent folder. Does it take time for the app to register? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

  7. The 'Click to Sign' button when finalising the signing of a document is confusing for clients as they have already signed the document and pressed the Apply button and then they are asked to press 'Click to Sign' to then have the document sent. Can this be changed to Click to Confirm or Click to Send?

  8. This is a bug. I'm checking a check box on a W9 in Acrobat but when I go to "Sign". I want to check the box before it goes to the signer but the check mark does not show up. I don't want the signer to check the box.
    i get amessage in Acrobat Pro that I need yet another application to make a text edit so I can get this document out, which is not quite time sensitive.

  9. Adobe Sign should allow you to reassign multiple fields at once. As it is now, it automatically imports fields on a form assigned to "Anyone". In order to reassign the fields to a specific person or to "Prefill" before sending, you must go field by field and change each one. Being able to reassign en masse would be a huge time saver. Also, other options like marking fields as required en masse would help as well.

  10. Fix Creative Cloud so It will load. I have been paying for a subscription since 2015 and two months ago it quit working. Yeas all applications. It will not let me reload or sign in. Tech support was useless. Every body wants to point the finger else where. Either it works or it don't - right now it don't help!

  13. I would like to delete multiple old signed agreements at one time from my adobe sign account. Right now, I can only delete one at a time. This is labor intensive. I would like to delete multiple at once. Thank you.

  15. Send Adobe Acrobat "Send & Track" and "Send For Signature" from personal or business email address instead of noreply@acrobat.com. This would be much more professional and prevent the emails from missing their inbox or not being read. If the emails came from an email address they already recognize, it will be noticed and opened.

  16. To have an option to send documents from an email account not associated with your Adobe CC Account.

    we should be able to create a new verified email account for sending documents.

    As i need to send documents for approval to customers from a generic 'design' email account i have along side my personal emails in outlook.

  17. When receiving electronic signature documents, there is now - no way of applying a comment box or adding text any other way. Most departments/agencies use a Document Management System (DMS), and still print a hardcopy as part of the workflow. There is a requirement to place the DMS registration number on the PDF prior to printing, so that the document is easily retrievable on the DMS whilst the hardcopy circulates within the area. I understand the requirement that the document is not "editable" and propose the solution to allow text to be added, but somehow make it identifiable on both…
