  1. When I try to sign a document, it tries to connect but never does. Occasionally I get a message saying "cannot connect to the service, try again later"

    Yes I have checked my internet connection etc.

  2. Steps to repro:
    1. open an already saved pdf with a field for signature
    2. Click 'send for singature' in the right hand nav
    3. complete the info and click next
    4. receive error saying that cannot connect to service per the screenshot attached

    Environment:
    Mac OS Sierra (version 10.12.6)
    Adobe continuous release version 2018.009.20044

    Expected result:
    That I can send for signature

    Observed results:
    Get an error and cannot proceed to send for signature

  5. Forms generated using AdobeSign are not in compliance with ADA accessibility standards. Need an option when creating input fields to add an 'aria-label' attribute so that the fields can be easily identified by disabled / visually impaired users. Additionally, the radio buttons generated by the tool should be grouped with a <fieldset> or <legend> tag and utilize aria-label or aria-labelledby so that the buttons can be properly associated with each other and distinguished from other radio button groups.

    Here is an example of an input field generated by an AdobeSign form:

  6. Adobe Sign updated today 11/14/2017 and now the SEND NOW button is gone and after chosing the only other option NEXT it opens UP the document again and I have to hit SEND again????? Serious regression in efficiency here. Please bring back the SEND NOW option, this is a very slow and tedious process now.

  7. Allow a user to set up a specific date/ time for a document to be sent out for signature. For deal closings, i often need all signature to be a specific date. Because signatures are date stamped, i often have to wait up until midnight to be able to send them out on a specific date in order to get that date stamp. Would be useful to be able to schedule that transmission within the program

  8. I am in adobe acrobat signed in under my account, but adobe is still asking me to sign in upper right hand corner. Clicked and signed in 5 times trying to authenticate to be able to sign a document. Each time it says that I am signed in to my account, but the widget still says sign in instead of my name and my saved signature is not there

  9. When creating a signature for example drawning your own. Would be great if you could add a feature to save the exactly same signature across your devices. Because you want the signature that you draw look the same.

  12. Docusign has partnered with Stripe to allow payment gateway links. For systems generating PDF estimates or invoices, this would be a handy feature.

  13. everytime i use my credentials to sign in before i can type my password, it says there is no internet connection and asks me to retry

  14. I open up my pdf file and try to delete some of my text, some does delete and some other text also deletes, but then it appears under the text like it is embedded in the background of the pdf. Can anyone help please?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in response.
    Is this issue happening with all the files? This may happen if the file was a scanned document.
    Make sure you have updated your application to the latest update and try again. Let us know how it works at your end.

  15. When you create your Digital Signature thru the Sign With A Digital ID Wizard that say you like how your first name looks but then when you get to your last name and you make a mistake that instead of clicking the Clear Button to start over that you could Click a Button that says Undo instead as this would really save a lot of time in the long run being that it takes quite a while and too long at that to do that if you like it to look just right both ways both first and last name.

  16. When you click the Signature Field to put your Digital Signature there it would be nice after you put it there that you could stretch your signature to make it larger to fit the Signature Line because it's way too small looking when you print the whole document out.

  17. An option to track changes to a fill-able pdf by the signer. Docusign has this option. You can download a sprea sheet and it shows the original values and the final values. So you can compare and see what was changed.

  18. On "Adobe Sign", after filling in the Recipients, the Message, etc, the user is given an option to "Preview and Add Signature Fields".

    However, after clicking "send" and being taken to the "add signature fields" page, there is no way to then look at the recipients, and the password before hitting send for the last time.

    If the user realizes another signatory is needed, he must delete all of his work, and start over because there is no way to go back to edit the message or recipients or password after clicking "send".

    The "Send" button is either a misnomer…

  19. Add option for controlling how pdfs control the fields on multiple pages. If you have 2 forms that share field names but have different data, right now, when you change one field on one page, it changes the fields on the 2nd page. There should be option to set each page to treat the fields separately. Then when you change a field on page #1, it won't change that field on page #2 also. Docusign has this option.

  20. Add option to include Name and Email on sent docs. Not just email. Then the name will be auto inserted into the signature and person does not have to type their name. They only have to click to sign. It is very cumbersome to have to type your name and sign. Docusign and many other systems do this. Adobe only one that doesn't allow you to enter name
