    Solicito um local para que um administrador do Adobe Sing possa gerenciar o gasto de transações contratadas.
    Hoje não tenho como gerenciar o saldo de transações no ambiente.

  2. Que os Grupos Adobe Sign acumulem no resultado de relatórios o somatório de todos participantes do grupo, não só a partir da data de criação

    Solicito que o resultado de um relatório que considere Grupos criados no Adobe Sign, acumule os eventos de todos os usuários do grupo desde o primeiro dia em que ele remeteu um documento para assinatura.
    Hoje o resultado de um relatório por grupo, só sumariza os eventos dos usuários a partir da data de criação do grupo.
    Isso gera inconsistências e inviabiliza o gerenciamento de licenças e de utilização por parte dos administradores do ambiente.

  3. Specify/require method of signature

    Please add a feature for users to require a specific method of signature, i.e. "draw" without changing admin settings. We want some clients to sign the documents with their drawn signature and not allow them to use the text signature option. This should be available on a document by document basis.

  4. View Reminders sent in current version

    It would be nice to view when reminders have been sent out with the current version. After almost an hour of working with support I was told I could only see this when I select "View in Classic Mode" - sounds like this is a feature that was overlooked.

  5. Change email address on document out for signature

    If an email address is entered incorrectly on a document with many signatories, then the whole document needs to be done over to make that one correction. There should be a way for document creator to edit the email address for a recipient without breaking the certification. If not, then allow the document creator to break the certification and get the signature. Not all signatures need to be certified.

  6. Set Reminder in Adobe Sign (desktop) does not work

    In the desktop version of Adobe Sign (by going through Acrobat Pro), setting a reminder inthe Remind tab does not work. Changing the settings for the reminder and then clicking the "Set Reminder" button does not do anything. A check box is ticked for the recipient to remind and the reminder is set for every day until completed. With or without adding a note, it makes no difference.
    Windows 10, latest updates.
    (also clicking the About Adobe Acrobat Pro menu item under the Help menu crashes Acrobat Pro!)

  7. Signature shows old information and doesn't prompt to change it

    I recently closed one company and openend a new one. I changed my company name in account profile and started sending out invoices.

    There needs to be a far better system of cross checking/ updating fundamental company/ security information across all areas of the system.

  8. OAuth Missing from Adobe Sign Android App

    OAuth is missing from Android app as of 06/06/2020. I cannot login with my Google account, so the Android app is unusable.

  9. New Feature - Convert Doc name, email address, status in to an Excel file. These lists can be used for marketing purposes.

    Build lists of all document data that failed to convert into a signed agreement.

    This data can be used for marketing purposes. If we send out an agreement for a signature and it never came back signed, then that lead failed to convert into a new customer. If we could take that captured data and convert it into an Excel file, then we could re-target and continue to market those leads from that list.

  10. Bulk Selection of Templates

    Please add a select box in the Template management screen to allow users to select multiple Templates for deletion, download, sharing, etc. Thank you.

  11. Adobe DC and Microsoft Teams

    I currently have a Adobe DC account and have recently tried to integrate Adobe Sign into Microsoft Teams. The feature works mostly but when it comes to sending a document and selecting where the signature should go, you cannot. It seem's ridiculous that you can download Adobe Sign in Teams but you cannot use the function unless you upgrade your account to Adobe Sign Enterprise. I have spent hours on the phone to Adobe and I couldn't get a clear answer until recently.

  12. split signed document

    It would be very helpful if there's an option for sender to receive the signed documents in individually uploaded files. For example, I send 3 words documents for signing, after signed, it came back as 1 pdf, because of the certified signed, I'm unable to split the documents in 3 pdf.
    DocuSign already have this function, hope you can add on the same function to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Adobe Sign. Thank you.

  13. adjust Workflow (signing options) AFTER a document has been sent for siging

    After a document has been sent for signatures, allow:
    1) changing order of signatories (e.g. a-->b--c changed to a-->c--b)
    2) change of workflow from signatures in order (sequential) to parallel
    3) for certain individuals with equal signing authority, allow delegation by recipient if it has been preconfigured (say by cc: e-mail when setting up a signing request?)

  14. Countdown timer for timeouts when designing templates in Adobe Sign

    You can spend an hour in the template designing screen tediously placing everything and when you go to save, it says you are timed out and completely WIPES OUT everything you've been doing. Horrible user experience. Can you implement a timer similar to what bank websites use? Warning that you'll be logged out in 180 seconds or something similar? That way you can save your work and not waste a huge amount of time tediously re-entering everything. OR create some kind of temporary draft similar to MS Word?

  15. Signature Fields and Date fields - Needs to be easier

    MAJOR DESIGN PROBLEM that should be so much easier. 99% of the time you need to sign and date a document. That should be in one field when setting up a document to sign. The field should also resize to fill a cell. The process of adding each signature field and then adding each date field and then resizing each of those is so NON-user friendly and takes way to much time. Please fix this issue and pleaes contact me so that I can show you first hand how bad this process is.

  16. Adobe Sign--Multiple Bugs

    I haven't been able to send a PDF for signature for going on four hours. Now, I'm receiving the following error (internal server) screen, which doesn't disppear even after I've hit "OK." This follows errors in which Pro DC asked me if I was connected to the Internet (I was) and also asked me to sign out and sign back in again--I tried this, and Pro DC wouldn't actually allow me to sign out. Then, upon restart, it asked for several minutes to install some update before returning to the aforementioned errors--i.e., Adobe Sign is a complete mess for me…

  17. Internal server error

    Every time I try to prepare a PDF for signature I am receiving this error. I am paying for a service and have time-sensitive documents that need signatures.
