  2. Under MacOSX (10.9/10.11/10.13) Acrobat DC does not play well with Dropbox. Using the Acrobat file screen to open a file in Dropbox often results in a LONG delay (or even crashes).

Double clicking directly within Dropbox folders in the Finder brings the same file up without delay or crashing.

    Please fix this annoying bug.

  3. Sorting files by the date they were added to the document cloud has stopped working as a feature. Can only sort by name now.

  4. We would like to use Adobe Acrobat and Teams integration. However, this stores the copy of original document (PDF) on Adobe document cloud for 24 hours (which is a transient copy). We would like a feature update so that transient data is not sent to the Adobe cloud.

  5. Would like to be allowed to add Adobe Cloud service to Android and Windows OS as a cloud service and display in list of cloud services. This is same as can do with Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and others.

  6. Is it possible to request an enhancement in a future product structure that would allow us to operate a more pessimistic model - one where we can "prevent" cloud access for a given user by putting them in a profile or licence explicitly for that purpose that isn't then overridden by them being added to a profile that grants cloud access? The current licence model sees the combination of an Enabled and Disabled profile resulting in that user getting Enabled cloud access. We would like to see that being an option to allow the client configuration to determine whether an…

  9. It should be easier for people to download the files I share on document cloud.

I often have trouble with people (over 40yo, usually working in PA or some papers office) not accepting my Adobe links. They don’t seem to be able to download files. I did check it there was some issue and I saw that the download button has a very poor affordance, its icon is way narrow and it barely looks like a download button. It’d be amazing if the button had a label eg “Download pdf” to help out less digitally educated users.
    Thank you

  10. Our company needs the ability to disable Creative Cloud Storage due to restrictions on where we are allowed to store and manage our customers information.

We have employees working remote from all over the US and the "firewall" fix is not sufficient for our employee base of over 600 users. We need the ability to disable creative cloud and cloud storage functionality from the admin console and ONLY have the capability for local storage.

  11. In order to sync a file/folder from your computer to the cloud, you have to move that file/folder into the "Creative Cloud Files" folder. That is, you have to move them from their original place on your computer.

I propose to have a way to sync files directly from their original location in the computer. For some reference, this is what Google Drive does for example; as an addition to moving files into the folder, Google Drive gives you the option to sync files without moving them. They get uploaded into Google Drive and then you can sync them if…

  12. I'm working on a confidential PDF document, locally on my encrypted drive, and accidentally clicked on the "link" icon which immediately began sharing the document to the cloud. There is no cancel button. There is no way to stop it. My only recourse is to wait until the file finished uploading to cloud storage, and then manually delete it. This is a serious privacy violation.

First, uploading a local file to cloud storage should be simple, but not so simple as inadvertenly clicking an unlabled icon in the toolbar.

I know you're seriously pushing people to use your cloud storage,…

  13. Using Adobe Document Cloud for review of PDFs that will go through multiple versions simply will not work. There appears to be no way to update or overwrite files with a NEW VERSION on Adobe Document Cloud. I would like to see this feature.

  14. Please allow for access to cloud documents in MAC Finder. I'm befuddled as to why this isn't an option yet. This would greatly improve my workflow as I wouldn't have to go on the web for access....AND it seems like a very simple fix.

    Thank you.

  18. hello. for PDF files that were uploaded into Microsoft Sharepoint, when there is an API call error, it tells the user to contact Adobe support. However... Adobe support says this is a Microsoft error and contact should be Microsoft.

Probably need to have Microsoft fix this on their side. And also have Microsoft not have contact be Adobe (though... from what I can tell it's an Adobe Document Cloud error page)

    referencing session 562211ba-2a30-44ce-9c4b-3024d9439d41.
    referencing session 04eb7357-cf8f-4756-9ab4-400bda37695e.
    referencing session cb1f1cf1-e152-48fd-9deb-0d709fb2cd01.

Also... the Adobe support told me to contact microsoft support and also to list the error on this page. I'm…

  19. We would like to have the possibility, just like with OneDrive 4 Business, to restore deleted files for a User or by a User if deleted in the Document Cloud.

At this moment, as soon as the file is deleted in the document cloud there is no turning back.

It would be great if there would be such a feature enabled like lets say save deleted data for 30 days in a trashcan were users can restore it if deleted by accident.

    Thanks.

  20. In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

On "Add an Account". I can add a PDF file through public clouds (i.e., Dropbox, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc).

What about private clouds (Synology, QNAP, etc). Many small businesses use these as essential tools to share files and access their documents.

Would kindly request that private NAS units -- or a user or businesses private cloud such as a Synology or QNAP cloud, be added the program. So users can get their PDF files from this private cloud.

    Thank you.
