Acrobat Reader DC Freezes up
Acrobat Reader DC freezes up. this started about 2 weeks ago. Ehen opening a PDF some time i can scroll for a short while then it freezes or some times it freezes as soon as it is launched. I've been through all of the suggested steps nothing so far helps. what next? I don't get an error code. Operating system is Windows 8.1. It worked fine on windows 8.1 earlier so I assume an update was pushed that was not compatible with my machine.

new file opens in new window than in new tab
why does not the DC allow me an option to open a new file on a new tab than in a new window, which it defaults to? I wish this option was available.

Allow the View>Page Display>ShowCoverPageInTwoPageView to be on by default.
In the prior version, this option was on by default. Now I have to manually select it in the menu, for every document I open. This should be a selection in the Settings area, to enable this view as default or not.

Distiller crash with range
The bug is for Adobe Distiller crash with a range setting.
Environment:acrodist X,2017 or Pro DC 2021, over win10-64bit
Recreation steps:
1/ I printer a file to PS using Acrobat (I used 2017) and recived the attached 7ET-4593311000p.PS [renamed with extension .pdf since only .pdf can be upload]
2/ Opened Distiller (I checked on Acrodist X,2017 and Pro DC 2021) and change Settings-“Edit Adobe PDF Settings”-Pages Form 2-3 (you can use attached range2-3.joboptions [renamed with extension .pdf])
3/ Drag the 7ET-4593311000p.PS to the distiller and see the distiller Crash.

grid lines showing up on the document
Whenever I open a PDF document I see some blue gridlines over the page. Not sure how they got there or how to remove.

Expand the metadata displayed for documents when you select a connected library in Acrobat Pro DC
Pre-existing document metadata that is used for documents stored in SharePoint libraries should be useable by the home section of Acrobat when I select on that connected library. Currently when I select on a connected library, whether it is a SharePoint library, or a OneDrive library the only metadata displayed on my documents is Title, Modified & Size (see attachment).
These are not helpful when I need to filter and sort through hundreds of documents to check out and update one. I would like the ability to customize my displayed metadata columns and to filter out documents that I may…

Page number selection
In previous versions of acrobat, right clicking on page allowed to select page number where you would like page to be. This feature was dropped in version 10 and DC.

like to be able to move lists/sentences by highlighting and cut/paste
If I could highlight a sentence and have the ability to cut and past to different page or place in working document it would be easier because the text boxes are too small or too big

Feature request: horizontal scrolling and continuous horizontal scrolling
I am a musician who is beginning to use Adobe Acrobat DC to annotate scores. All music notation software (that I'm aware of) integrates continuous horizontal scrolling between pages, reflecting the way that sheet music is actually read. Without being able to scroll horizontally in Adobe Acrobat DC, annotating music scores is very cumbersome as one has to re-find staves when scrolling vertically and cannot make annotations across pages.
My feature request is the implementation of both horizontal scrolling and continuous horizontal scrolling between pages as an additional method of page navigation. Being such a simple feature, I'm sure it…

Page-wide reticle/graticule to read plots
A page-wide reticle centered at the pointer location to easily read plot axes. Especially useful to digitize graph data.
Extra feature: Click, and the reticle stays centered there, allowing one to zoom in/out to read axis for instance. Click again to free the reticle.
Extra feature: Angle of the reticle should be customizable in the case of tilted scanned documents. Width of the reticle line as well, why not :)

Pan function is ALWAYS overriden by Selection tool.
Bug report:
I have the Pan (hand) function selected at all times. However, whenever I want to move the page around (move the page side to side or up and down via click and drag), the Selection tool will always be the default (even though Pan function is highlighted/ selected).3 votes -
Drag and Drop to Desktop to Extract stopped working
I can no longer drag pages from the Pages Thumbnail sidebar onto my desktop to make a new PDF of those pages. I haven't tried to do this since the last update came through... Is anybody else experiencing this?
It's extremely slow and frustrating having to manually right click extract, select the pages, open it in a new adobe window, then have to save the file through the menu.

Bug - Quick Tools Rotate Pages
In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020.013.20064, there are "Rotate Left" and "Rotate Right" buttons under "Organize Pages" that can be added to the Quick Tools. However, clicking either of those brings up the rotate pages dialog box instead of simply rotating 90 degrees left or right.

Fix document splitting with bookmark's names
When you try to split a document using the bookmarks names as the names of the new pdfs being created, if now there is this character '/' in a bookmark name it will throw a "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder" kind of error.
