  1. After clicking on send button it says I need to be connected to the internet. I have shut down and restarted everything. Our IT department looked at it and says our settings are all correct and that it looks like it is on the Adobe end.

  2. I'm unable to print any pdf files from Acrobat DC to the local network printers. I receive errors: "the document could not be printed" and "an error occurred while printing the document". I am able to print to the printers from other programs. I've been able to print pdfs from Acrobat DC to printers in the past.

  3. Every time I open up tutorials or help it crashes. Also, it lacks some of the ease of use features that XI had.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  4. I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack in August 2018 but now, each time I try to convert a file, I get a message saying that my trial has expired and I must buy to continue. Please tell me how to fix this or return the money I paid. Thank you.

    We have provided a registry protected fix, some users confirmed that this worked for them.
    Could you please try this at your end as well and let us know your feedback?

  7. When exporting to eps (may be other formats too) from a multi-page document, you have to manually go into settings and define the page number (in the format of a range) that you want to export. Ironically, it automatically populates the page # of # based on the page you're already on. If you don't define a page, regardless of what page you're on, it will export the 1st page. Should default to exporting the page you're on in the pdf.

  8. Mohave 10.14.3 and Acrobat DC fillable document saving problem-
    If I get a fillable form from IRS or other government site that needs to be filled in, I can save it to my computer one time. But if I reopen the document to add other information to a fillable area, I cannot save the document a second time. I get an error message saying the file contains "a number that is out of range". This happens for documents from many different websites, so I think the error comes when the document is saved using Mohave. Once saved the "producer" under…

    Thank you for reporting the issue.

    Please check that the form is not being opened in Apple Preview, it happens to get corrupted. Try downloading again from IRS website and instead use Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader.

    1. Please share the test file with us using https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 and
    2 the version of Acrobat installed on your machine for us to investigate furthur.

  10. My concern is with the new Adobe policy of license-based software. I was extremely frustrated when I was out-of-the-blue prompted to log in to Adobe just to open a pdf. My saved log-in did not work, and I was unable to open my flight document, which was a big problem for me in the moment. I have now solved that problem (by switching pdf viewers, to Preview). However, the root of my dissatisfaction is with the Adobe licensing system. I am a paid subscriber, and this system is not working for me. I absolutely do not want to be told…

  11. When I go to highlight text, the highlighter is the size of about half a page. Other forums suggested that this had to do with formatting by acrobat, but it happens in all documents. This feature is virtually useless. Perhaps its a bug that could use fixing.

  12. When I filter by name, not all of the comments that user contributed are showing in the right-hand pane. It's really problematic because those comments are being skipped over and not getting a response.

  13. When writing in the fill in portion of the form, I used to be able to right click and underline, bold, italicize, highlight, superscript or subscript my text. I am no longer able to do this and I am super frustrated.

    Please go back to Prepare Forms> edit mode and enable “Allow Rich Text Formating” for the text field

    Once done, you should be able to get the formatting options under right click context menu.

  15. When PDF documents are being shared via Adobe Share (f/k/a Track & Send) it appears with a California Time Stamp, not the Date/Time from the sender, this needs to be corrected as date/time stamping is very important.

  16. Acrobat Pro DC shuts down if you try to have two documents open at the same time and also when you try to open a document that it is in a previous version of Adobe. This just started happening last week. My software is up to date.

  17. What do I use to save pdf file to my documents. If this is not fixed, I will have to cancel my DC. I need this feature many times. When I press "save as" a blank screen appears and it stays blank.

  18. I probably shouldn't have to, because I get an adobe package from my employer, but I paid $190 for a one year Acrobat Pro DC subscription on June 26, 2018. 5 months later, I'm getting a message that my subscription has expired.
    My order # is/ was: ADB034255491
    Either fix the problem or refund my money.

  19. I cannot edit PDF's because I need to enter a permission password to do so. However I never set one in the first place, only the one to sign in to my Adobe account.
