  2. Certain files are incompatible with Acrobat running on a 7730U. Same files open fine on older CPU. These appear to be occurring with larger page size files with multiple layers generated by design software. Recommendations by Adobe support did not resolve the issue. Have only been able to replicate the issue on those specific systems in my testing, but could be occurring on other newer Ryzen CPUs.

  4. I have windows 11 and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. Every morning I have to do a repair of Acrobat in order to have it show up in the list of printers. It also won't do a preview in Outlook until I repair it. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now.

  8. After creating and editing a PDF, everything will appear fine and funcitonal.

    However, after saving, and reloading the PDF random letters throughout the entire document including headers, titles, and even sentences/paragraphs can be affected.

    This is a ridiculous bug to have occur consistently for your users over the course of years now, as clearly evidenced by past bug reports on this website. This bug has cost our company thousands of dollars for our wasted time correcting this issue on very important documents.

  15. At 2024.05.10. at about 22:27 i got charged for 65 EUR. I found it strange, because i am not subscribe to any adobe stuff. I check every possible way i can somehow have other account (google, apple, facebook, normal one didn't even worked). I want my money back, because it is a lot of money for me (broke collage boy). I tought about telling my bank about this that this was an error or something and get a refound and get my card frozen, but i doN't know if I'll ahve any legal issue.   16. Acrobat add-in causes Word to become unresponsive when inserting a link.

    After installing the Acrobat add in to word, Word would become unresponsive when attempting to insert a link into the document. from the insert tab, to Links and link, the "Insert Hyperlink" window would pop up, and Word would go unresponsive and would need task manager to force quit.

    After disabling the Acrobat add in, Word was able to insert hyperlinks into Word docs without issue upon restart.

    OS: Windows 11
    Windows Build-Nr.: 22631.3447

    Product: Adobe Acrobat Reader
    Version: 2024.002.20736

    Bugreport & Steps to reproduce:
    1. Initial situation: There is no Adobe Reader window currently opened.
    2. Open any pdf document by double-clicking from Windows explorer
    3. Close right after opening (or at least within the first 3 seconds) by clicking the "x" on the PDF tab

    Expected result: PDF Tab gets closed but Adobe Reader Window remains open.

    Actual result: Adobe Reader crashes.

    Additional Information: It also crashes if you click the "x" on the window itself, but here it doesn't matter since we want…
