Feature request: Resize page feature
I don't know how this happened, but I exported a print out of a web page that was sized at 8.5x11 as a PDF, and when I opened the PDF in Adobe DC, somehow the page size turned into 13.17x16.78, and now when I print the PDF, it cuts out everything on the page that is outside of the 8.5x11 paper size. I have been trying and trying to just resize the PDF to 8.5x11, but I can't find this feature anywhere - and I've really been looking hard! So if there was a way you could add a feature that would allow people to resize that page size of their PDFs, I think that would be really useful, and from reading the message boards, I think a lot of people would be happy about it if you did that.

How the **** does your Adobe Acrobat Pro software simply not have a resize function you stupid ******* *****. Way to waste people's time with round about stupid methods just to standard page size. Whoever designed this or failed to implement this function should actually kill themselves.

Ability to change 'page size' on existing pdfs.
I work in Construction and receive a lot of scale drawings, usually created from tools like AutoCAD. Often enough the designer doesn't select the correct options when plotting to pdf - meaning that the page size on the pdf is not correct (ie a PDF shows as A3, but needs to be printed at A1 for the scale to work correctly). This causes issues with document control (ie individuals may unwittingly print at the wrong size), but also means that the measure tool is giving false results as the scale is not as shown on the drawing. This is also common with reports being sent in as american 'letter' size, rather than A4, due to using default options - which can cause problems in printing. It should not be the responsibility of every user in the company to notice these problems and fiddle with printer settings, I should be able to alter the document properties.

The Comments Panel needs to have the ability to resize. Very aggravating that resizing is not available.

Please add a RESIZE tool. Even basic programs like Paint offer the ability to resize based on a percentage. I feel like I have to work around this lack of a basic ability by printing it as a PDF in a smaller size, but this doesn't work well since smaller paper sizes are rarely the perfect scale of a larger size (i.e. what's the paper choice for 25% scale of a 72"x36"?). The current "Reduced Size" ability offers no input and automatically reduces at its own discretion (which, in my case only reduced the file by 1% - pointless). It's needed in order to print to JPEG, which is not possible when the PDF is too large. Thanks.
