Adobe, if you're going to close this one, then make sure you read all the others about Acrobat/Windows hanging.
It's a very frustrating bug for those who use your software.

Really sorry for the issue you’re facing. Could you please provide us with following information:
> Have you started facing this issue recently or are you facing this for long time?
> Is this issue occurring always or with some specific files? If this is occurring with some specific file, then could you share those file with us?
> What is the version of Acrobat/Reader.
Steps to check version:
Win: Go to Help menu -> About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. A window would pop up containing version number. You may send us snapshot of the pop up window.
Mac: Go to Acrobat menu -> About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. A window would pop up containing version number.
> Could you please share the crash dump of the Acrobat/Reader process when it hangs?
Steps for crash dump(on Windows):
Steps to get Crash dump:
a. When Acrobat/Reader hangs, Open Windows Task Manager
b. -> Got To Processes, There you can see a process Acrobat.exe/ AcroRd32.exe
c. Right Click on this process and click "Create Dump File"
d. Dump file will be created in the Temp folder of user (as specified on the dialog you get after creating dump files).
e. Save this DMP file on any Cloud Storage and Share the link for that with us on mail.You could send above information to me at payadav@adobe.com
