Joining the endless thread of requests over 5 years now.
This is simply ridiculous that such a simple feature isn't available to users yet. Adobe is the only service that puts me through such a hassle.
Reaching out to reps who don't bother to read what you write and send you to that scripted silly solution as given here grows my dislike to this company, and make me wish there was a decent alternative for the services that I use.

This is not what was asked for or about. It's better to just say "no".

It is ridiculous that this is not possible already.

My subscription renews on the 16th I don't use photoshop that much, the MAIN reason I want to cancel it is that you are creating work for me every month like 10 minutes, log in (slow) find bill click button, download, now upload into an accounting package. That's 2 hours a year of lost productivity because I am doing busy work because you cant auto send the mail to my accounting package. As the others said make it opt-in then people who have forgotten about it won't need to be reminded to cancel but everyone on this thread can start designing and stop accounting.
Has anyone used the Affinity photo? Can't be that bad right?

This is such a basic feature that could be done on an opt in basis. Your users want it, implement it. It's not complicated - just do it please!

Come on Tariq. Just get it done. How many years has this been going on for...
I know you're scared that people will cancel their subscriptions if they are reminded every month by the email invoice. Simple solution - re-enable the emails (we used to get) but make it opt in. That way we get our invoices and those people you want to keep getting a subscription from that have forgotten will still keep paying.

Wow they merged this with a non solution thread? This is ridiculous and insulting. Very clear adobe has 0 intention of making customer friendly moves. Also flagging as inappropriate. This guy commented previously with an equally tonedeaf comment which clearly shows his lack of reading comprehension. Please don't respond at all if you don't understand the problem

@ Tariq Ahmad Dar - we all are aware of this manual process.
This is NOT what is being asked over the last 4 years or on these MANY comments.
If you are a "community manager" and can not even read --- I have no hopes.

I have flagged Tariq Ahmad Dar's idea as inappropriate as it does not address the problem that ALL of us have. NOT everyone has access to billing history as NOT everyone is the account owner!
All we want is for the person who receives the email that gives us a "preview" of our invoice to be able to access the invoice.
Even a button in the email that allows us to print it as a pdf would be great - but of course their software probably can't produce pfd's.

Wow, it's like they're laughing in our faces! We KNOW how to get the invoices, that's not what's requested. Reposting my original comment:
>>
I understand that sending so many invoices can clog-up emails and use storage space, but at least send a link like other companies do, so you can download it directly from the email. We are an MSP that manages multiple client accounts, and every month we receive multiple requests from our clients' Accounts Payable departments to send them their invoices.
It is ridiculous that Adobe can't find a viable solution for this issue.

Here we go again. New bug report created because this is not a solution to the bug report!

Yes I'm not voting for this merge.
Send me my invoices like every other business I spend money with!! -

The "idea" this was merged into is NOT what users are requesting. We want an automatic invoice sent out every month just as every other subscription service pretty much ever has done. Please do not ignore this request by giving the same answer over and over as a company that you can simply log in to your account to access the invoice. This is obvious and it is insulting to keep suggesting something that is a non fix. So, to be absolutely clear, I am aware that invoices can be accessed monthly via my adobe account, and I request that the invoices be sent to user email accounts every month.

PLEASE do it Adobe. Send the invoices to your customers MONTHLY. Please.

Come on Adobe. You can do it. Even Microsoft changed this a while back with their Microsoft 365 invoices. Maybe in the US having proper tax invoices is not important, for all your clients in the EU they actually mean something and we can't run around logging into portals TWELVE TIMES PER YEAR like this!

This is a basic feature every other company has implemented easily. The only reason Adobe doesn't want to implement this is so they can make money off people who forget to unsubscribe. They don't care about customer experience or keeping customers happy because we still need Adobe, and they have the monopoly. They need competition so people can jump ship quickly.

"Under Review" since 2018? Curious if anyone who works for adobe does anything at their job or if they sit around while we pay them?
-

It's a shame I can't get the invoice by mail when a payment is made.
I'm subscribed to many services, Adobe is the only one that won't do that, for some reason.
They are able to charge automatically, they just can't tell you about it.
Could be they are saving bits and bytes for ecological purposes ?
Shame shame shame! -

Over the last years I believe everyone involved on the Bills / payment / AP / Approvals have been requesting this very common and simple feature to just receive the monthly PDF invoices on email instead of having to navigate on the website, log, find, select, download, etc, very timing consuming monthly procedure.
Not much else to add to this request as it is very basic for 2021 !!
Let's see how Adobe responds.
Thank you

This is a basic feature, provided by all of my other software vendors. We know Adobe has determined this to not be in their best interests (because it could potentially remind someone they are paying for the service, leading them to cancel) but this is a completely embarrassing lack of functionality.
