  1. Pop ups asking whether I want to reopen closed pdfs (No.) and so on appear to interfere with functioning. Today, opening a PDF I just wanted to do a quick "find" for a word in a pdf: I'd start to type the word I want to find, and then one of the annoying pop ups came up and the program froze - I couldn't finish typing the word I had started. I hoped that restarting the program would allow me to access the application without the pop ups - nope. I tried 3 times and can't do a simple "find".

  2. We have clients reporting an issue that causes an inconsistant behaviour and user experience opening PDF files that contains LiveCycle XFA forms.

    Our users receive PDF generated files from government containing those XFA forms with filled data. If user open that PDF file on Adobe Reader, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or any other PDF reader other than Adobe Acrobat Pro, they see filled data regarding "person A". If they open the same file on Adobe Acrobat Pro, as Acrobat Pro can identify that LiveCycle XFA form, it shows different filled data "person B".

  3. Quicktools – Allow FULL customization.
    The top 6 tools are not default. They are mandatory. I cannot remove them from my quicktools bar. This is extremely frustrating. Of those six, I've only ever used two (select text & highlight).
    Please allow full customization of the "quick toolbar" !

  5. There is an ever-going issue with how to replace a signature that have been used once with another one. The problem has been there for more than a couple of years now, and I truly find it strange that lots of users have approached you about the same but you still did not fix it!

    Whenever you try replacing the existing signature that you have used the last time with a new one by clicking the symbol (x) or (-) that will never workout, unless you repeated this ten and sometimes hundreds of times! It very frustrating and time consuming…

  6. when open more than 1 file, shows all files icon at taskbar but only the first one is useful to click and open, click all other following, nothing could happen, only to show you opened these? magic trick.

  7. Adobe Acrobat will not open if user is on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and using the File Open security Client. File Open services must be stopped before acrobat will open at all.

  9. GUI asks me to sign in. I am routed automatically to a browser, I sign in, go back and GUI is unresponsive and only pings with every mouse click. Win10, latest version of Adobe Reader.

  10. The new interface has no easy way to set up continuous scrolling and now way to install buttons for return to previous page or jump forward like the old one. And put the menu back at the top where it belongs and make it editable.
    This user interface is a disaster - how did you ***** up so badly.

  11. How have your conceptors come to think that this unremovable floating toolbar would be a good idea!?! I really don't find where it can be deactivated. All I find on the web is getting back to old version software... Really?

  12. When right clicking on a PDF document tab, there's an option that would in English be "Locate in Finder" but they have translated it literally, although "Finder" is "Finder" in Swedish as well.

    Hence, change "Hitta i sökare" to "Hitta i Finder".

  13. Please go back to the old interface! Or let us customize where all the buttons are located and if we want them to show at all. The new "Create" button on the top bar next to the document tabs takes up so much space and is so sensitive that if I have more than 3 documents open at once, I can't move the window around on the screen. You can only click to the right of the tabs to drag the window on your screen and now there's a big create button and 4 icons that don't really need to…

  15. Remove all icons, share, feedback, tutorials, notifications and profile and settings on one side on the other Remove HOME - TOOLS and DOCUMENT.
    who in the H-ell was this idea, a person with a 2 mile monitor?
    if you leave Home-Tools and Document, then remove the hidden section on the right side, this has the same as those 3 options.
    here at work honestly, I hate to work with acrobat, at home I love working with Kofax.
    if you think you are the best, no, you are not. Acrobat was a lovely, professional program, now I hate it so much.

    ich möchte gerne eine Funktionserweiterung im Umgang mit PDF-Portfolios vorschlagen. Aktuell ist es nur möglich, in die Ordnerstruktur eines Portfolios hineinzugehen, jedoch fehlt die Möglichkeit, komfortabel wieder zurück oder zur vorherigen Ansicht zu navigieren. Ein "Zurück"- oder "Raus"-Button wäre hier sehr hilfreich, um die Benutzerfreundlichkeit zu verbessern und die Navigation in PDF-Portfolios effizienter zu gestalten.

I have used every version of Adobe Acrobat for the last 20 years and I want you guys to know that I took 10 minutes to create a "user feedback" account so that I could share this feedback with you. Your latest versions of Acrobat are so counter-intuitive that I actually try to avoid creating or using PDF documents. It's obvious that you are trying to push everyone to the cloud and more services because I can't even find a "Save As" button so I can relocate and Save my PDF files....   18. Of the more than 30 "online" subscriptions our company pays monthly, Adobe is the only one that does not provide a monthly invoice to a email inbox. It has been widely accepted in the industry that monthly "subscriptions" are now the new norm for software. The VERY least a company can do is provide an invoice receipt to the user's inbox on a monthly basis. Not doing so creates an inconvenience and alienates your user base.

    PLEASE provide a monthly invioce copy sent directly to the user's preferred email address.

  19. Overnight, a giant Search bar has appeared in the top right corner of the app, next to the feedback and other useless buttons, taking up very valuable screen real estate. The number of tabs I can see is literally half of what it was. Give us the option to remove this!

  20. Include documentation with the program. The Help interface only lists a link to the online documentation under "Visit Acrobat help online." This is useless for systems that do not have a network connection to the Internet. The program should include a local copy of the documentation that can be read offline.
