New interface does not support title bar proxy icons on Mac.
Only way I can efficiently work with another (web based) system is to use the proxy icons to upload files. Please follow platform conventions.

Adobe has gone to sh!t
For month's I've been getting a small popup error EVERYTIME I open a pdf. I've followed the instructions provided but NOTHING ever fixed it. I don't know what the **** is going on at Adobe but I would have preferred they fixed errors FIRST.
Today I opened Acrobat and nothing looks the same. Some tools are in color, some are greyed out, No notice given and no list of the changes.
Is AI running the company now? If I had stock in Adobe I'd be giving it away right now. This market is prime for competition and I hope it…

Give us the option to download an older version that actually works!
While you sit and figure out the stupid, illogical, and absolutely unreliable interface, why don't you allow users to downgrade to a supported version that both works, unlike this version, and is responsive, unlike this version!
Adobe, you have not provided any, let alone good customer service by releasing this POS software. You have unleashed a hellish nightmare on your customers with no way out. You are definitely going to lose customers over this. I am one of them. I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro since it came out. You just wrecked it. Get it fixed or quit so…

The new look of Adobe Acrobat Pro is not user friendly
Please keep the classic look of Adobe Acrobat Pro. The new, bare bones look is very unattractive and not user friendly at all.

Toolbar Personalization
I rarely comment on product updates because my life is crazy busy and I don't want to waste my time. In fact, I've only ever opined on such matters maybe three times in my life, and I'm middle aged. Hopefully, that clarifies how strongly I feel about this.
I absolutely HATE that I cannot personalize my toolbar. I hate not being able to dock it. I have forms that I use in my job, and I loved have immediate access to "Save As" so as to leave my original intact and not oversave it by accident. Yes, I realize I…12 votes -

Stop Updating the Program
Please stop updating the program in such a difficult way that is almost impossible to determine were the functions are. Additionally this updates take A LOT of the screen view of the document when searching for tools. I have to use this every single day for work and constant document stamping and certifications. I do not have time to sit down and learn the entire layout of the program every time one of your developers feels like "impressing" his/her superior. STOP! We are paying for this! Might as well start printing documents and work on them manually. What a shame!

Redesign the Idiotic UI design
Adobe Photoshop has 70 tools. Acrobat has about half the number of tools as Photoshop. In Photoshop, a user doesn't have to load tools. All are accessible from the Tools panel and menu commands in the Windows menu. In Acrobat one has to load tools from the Load Tools Window. Also in Photoshop one can configure a personalized UI design and save the Workspace. In Acrobat one can spend a few hours configuring the Workspace (for example one designed for working on forms) then the user begins to work on other activities (say comment & review). To do so, the…

Default View Hides Menubar
The Acrobat development team is comprised of morons! The default view after installing the latest release hides the top level menubar. How moronic! You stupid idiots! On Windows laptops, the F Keys are generally reassigned by developers. Hence, the F8 and F9 keys won't use the app's F key actions. In short, one cannot use the new Acrobat UI on a Windows laptop. One has to view the UI in the legacy format. Can you not see how stupid it is to hide the top level menubar as a default view?

Go back to the last interface please!
The new version is horrible. Definitely was not created to save time, but to waste it instead. I have wasted so much time in the last couple of days trying to find workarounds to the options that are now gone! What happened to "Undo"? Now if a mistake is made, the whole document has to be deleted and started over. Also, the "fill in forms fields" doesn't stay open so when a document needs several marks, it has to be re-opened every time, which is annoying. And don't get me started on documents that you have to enable editing! None…

New Simplified Appearance
Go back to the old layout appearance as this new one sucks. You have taken what once just lived in the old file menu bar, hen taken it and shifted repeatable functionalities to the right hand side bar in the previous "new layout", but this "new simplified" layout takes that and now gives you two side bars and almost no functional "settings" adjustments you can make all from one place. You have decentralized all the settings, options, and tools thus making it look more sparse but in actuality making it less simplified.
Do better.
Don't change the appearance and functionalities…

Bug report
It used to be that when users created a custom toolbar for Acrobat, it was stored in their account online. Now it appears that this feature has changed, and the settings for the toolbar are stored instead on the user's computer. That is a foolish idea. My computer just crashed so that I have had to reinstall all of my software - including Acrobat. However to my great dismay I have discovered that my toolbar is no longer accessible. Your company stresses the great advantages of its cloud features, yet it appears that you do not take it advantage of…

Not liking the new layout. I'd like to go back.
Please allow docking the toolbar. Also, I'm having a lot of trouble finding the tools I use the most (zoom/unzoom, fit to width, etc.

Adobe Opens as 2 Small Squares on Screen Hard to resize
Recently, when I open Adobe, it opens as the left tool menu and an extremely small window, perhaps 1 cm x 2 cm max. First, I can see nothing. Second, it just took me 10 minutes to expand the window because the menu opens over the tool needed to maximize it. This is entirely unacceptable! My time is money, and I pay a licensing fee. Please correct the issue ASAP.

update
Last week's update was the worst of all (apart from the one to upgrade to the DC version). We work on macOS Ventura, Acrobat version 2023.006.20320. There's no scroll bar, you can't see your selections when you zoom in, it's like working blind. Pitstop tools are unusable. You have to cancel this update, go back. It's as if you don't care about the people who work with your applications, without taking their opinions into account. You never respond to feedback. Please cancel the last update!!!!
