Redesign the Idiotic UI designAdobe Photoshop has 70 tools. Acrobat has about half the number of tools as Photoshop. In Photoshop, a user doesn't have to load tools. All are accessible from the Tools panel and menu commands in the Windows menu. In Acrobat one has to load tools from the Load Tools Window. Also in Photoshop one can configure a personalized UI design and save the Workspace. In Acrobat one can spend a few hours configuring the Workspace (for example one designed for working on forms) then the user begins to work on other activities (say comment & review). To do so, the… 4 votes

Default View Hides MenubarThe Acrobat development team is comprised of morons! The default view after installing the latest release hides the top level menubar. How moronic! You stupid idiots! On Windows laptops, the F Keys are generally reassigned by developers. Hence, the F8 and F9 keys won't use the app's F key actions. In short, one cannot use the new Acrobat UI on a Windows laptop. One has to view the UI in the legacy format. Can you not see how stupid it is to hide the top level menubar as a default view? 4 votes

Go back to the last interface please! The new version is horrible. Definitely was not created to save time, but to waste it instead. I have wasted so much time in the last couple of days trying to find workarounds to the options that are now gone! What happened to "Undo"? Now if a mistake is made, the whole document has to be deleted and started over. Also, the "fill in forms fields" doesn't stay open so when a document needs several marks, it has to be re-opened every time, which is annoying. And don't get me started on documents that you have to enable editing! None… 34 votes

New Simplified AppearanceGo back to the old layout appearance as this new one sucks. You have taken what once just lived in the old file menu bar, hen taken it and shifted repeatable functionalities to the right hand side bar in the previous "new layout", but this "new simplified" layout takes that and now gives you two side bars and almost no functional "settings" adjustments you can make all from one place. You have decentralized all the settings, options, and tools thus making it look more sparse but in actuality making it less simplified. Do better. Don't change the appearance and functionalities… 35 votes

Bug reportIt used to be that when users created a custom toolbar for Acrobat, it was stored in their account online. Now it appears that this feature has changed, and the settings for the toolbar are stored instead on the user's computer. That is a foolish idea. My computer just crashed so that I have had to reinstall all of my software - including Acrobat. However to my great dismay I have discovered that my toolbar is no longer accessible. Your company stresses the great advantages of its cloud features, yet it appears that you do not take it advantage of… 1 vote

Adobe Opens as 2 Small Squares on Screen Hard to resizeRecently, when I open Adobe, it opens as the left tool menu and an extremely small window, perhaps 1 cm x 2 cm max. First, I can see nothing. Second, it just took me 10 minutes to expand the window because the menu opens over the tool needed to maximize it. This is entirely unacceptable! My time is money, and I pay a licensing fee. Please correct the issue ASAP. 1 vote

updateLast week's update was the worst of all (apart from the one to upgrade to the DC version). We work on macOS Ventura, Acrobat version 2023.006.20320. There's no scroll bar, you can't see your selections when you zoom in, it's like working blind. Pitstop tools are unusable. You have to cancel this update, go back. It's as if you don't care about the people who work with your applications, without taking their opinions into account. You never respond to feedback. Please cancel the last update!!!! 16 votes

vertical scroll bars disappeared with mac version 23.6.20320.0As of version (mac) 23.6.20320.0, the vertical scroll bars were removed, as confirmed by your support team. Why oh why? This breaks workflows. Please add them back, or minimally add a preference to enable them. (Note that they sometimes appear temporarily, but then disappear.) 28 votes

Automatic Sending of Monthly Invoices to EmailOf the more than 30 "online" subscriptions our company pays monthly, Adobe is the only one that does not provide a monthly invoice to a email inbox. It has been widely accepted in the industry that monthly "subscriptions" are now the new norm for software. The VERY least a company can do is provide an invoice receipt to the user's inbox on a monthly basis. Not doing so creates an inconvenience and alienates your user base. PLEASE provide a monthly invioce copy sent directly to the user's preferred email address. 2 votes

Focus on graphic performanceIt seems like adobe is really pushing the AI thing..... I don't care. I want Adobe Pro to render graphics and text quickly and compactly.. I use it to mark stuff up. I want it to be fast and stable, small file sizes.... Focus on what people by adobe for... not what you think is the current best buzzword. Right now it's **** near worthless to me. Probably switching to blue beam. 1 vote

Snapshot toolMake the snap shot camera tool available again. I always need to make clear images out of PDFs for our web page. By removing the Snapshot tool there is NO WAY TO MAKE SHARP IMAGES THAT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS! Put the Snapshot tool back or tell me where the _____ it is hiding in the latest versions of Acrobat. 8 votes

PLEASE give your users the option to continue using the old user interface!I have been using Acrobat for many years, and have mainly rolled with the punches when it came to updates to the user interface. I am sorry, but with this latest update I can no longer sit idly by and suffer through it. If there is any way you could allow your users to continue using the old user interface, I would be eternally grateful. I am trying to be productive at work, and do not have the time to re-figure out how to do everything on a program I am very adept at using. Thank God I just finished… 32 votes

Remove the giant search bar that recently appeared in an updateOvernight, a giant Search bar has appeared in the top right corner of the app, next to the feedback and other useless buttons, taking up very valuable screen real estate. The number of tabs I can see is literally half of what it was. Give us the option to remove this! 2 votes
